The bathroom sink stunk everytime the water was turned on. Overflow hole was disgusting !!!! Staff was kind. Breakfast was good. Looks like renovations are being done which are needed in the hallways.

这是我第三次入住这家酒店,但绝对是最后一次了。我通过**********预订了一晚,当天早些时候就付了钱。到达酒店时,大堂里大约有10个人在等着入住。显然房间还没有准备好,我直到下午3点20分左右才办理入住。入住费是下午3点。上楼安顿好后,我和女朋友都震惊了。有人试图进入房间。他们确实打开了门,但门闩挡住了他们的去路。我冲那个人喊道,里面已经有人了。前台人员试图责怪我,说我可能没有把门完全关好。但事实证明,我们吃完晚饭后没能回到房间,这证明我的说法是错误的。我们不得不下楼到大堂重新激活房卡。所以他们把房间分配给了另一个人,而这个人在他们最初分配给我之后又试图闯进来。这段经历真的让我毛骨悚然,让我感到不安全。此外,我的信用卡还被扣了两次杂费,一次50美元,另一次78.12美元。这是我住过最糟糕的酒店体验,我再也不会去了。退房时跟我说话的那位女士不停地道歉,拒绝提供任何其他服务。没有提供任何积分、代金券或薯片。什么都没有。客户服务简直糟透了。
