Clean rooms, quiet, staff were extremely helpful and kind. There was not very many places to park if you get in late. And walls are thin I could hear the guest next to me snoring, it made for a great laugh. Overall our stay was great.

The staff was very friendly and the property was about what you would expect for this type of chain hotel. I had a bad experience, basically a sleepless night, because of other, very inconsiderate customers. I did speak with two different front desk employees, looking for a solution. I was informed upon leaving that the manager would be notified of my complaints, however, I was not offered a different room or even a discount.

We needed an affordable place to stay while we visited nearby family, and this place hit all the requirements. It was clean, the staff was SO friendly and helpful, breakfast was hot, varied and plentiful. Bathrooms, towels, sheets and bedding were all very clean. The mini fridge was handy. It's just a great, simple place to stay that ticks all the boxes.

Breakfast was fine. Everything was fine. The only problem was the AC unit that was not functioning properly. The room cooled but there was a dampness that wouldn’t go away. I told the staff about it when we were leaving.

There are much nicer hotels elsewhere

Hotel is old and run down. Front desk staff and was slow and rude. While we were checking in, they’ll two women at the front desk were gossiping about the women who had checked in ahead of us and said that they must be in town for the “Karen Convention.” Very unprofessional. We booked for two nights but ended up only staying one and booking at the Double Tree in Newark for the second night, which was exponentially nicer.
