Clean and Quiet Hotel
There is no complimentary breakfast, not even a danish. You can buy breakfast in the hotel, or you can walk next door to Bob Evans. There is also an IHOP very close by. The bed is very firm and made my back hurt the first couple of nights, but apparently, I was getting used to it by the third night because I slept well with no back pain. The hotel is in a very good location, easy to find, quiet, and the area felt quite safe. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, especially when our key card quit working on the third night. She quickly got us new cards.

This is a solid hotel near a number of restaurants and shops. It is also convenient to a number of major expressways. The facility itself is very serviceable and in a area with plenty of parking.

The room appeared clean at first glance, but uppn the need to throw away some garbage, we had 2 garage cans with no garbage bags, dirty foot prints on the bathroom floor/tub
And the coffee cups/coffee etc were not replenished. The tv had prints and dyst all over it. As well as bedside tables had drink marks and dried up food/drink marks. It was near to impossible to keep the room at a comfortable temp, it was either too warm or top cold. The hotel was booked solid this weekend, and there were no other rooms available, so, because of tbe state of the room, I just cleaned it myself, as i have little faith at this point that housekeeping was going to clean it any better than when they were supposed to the first time!!!

本来想给五星好评的，但唯一让我个人不太满意的是床太硬了，导致我一整晚腰背都疼。不过除此之外，其他一切都很好。
酒店总体来说还是不错的。需要进行改造。床不太舒服，房间需要深度细致的清洁。没有进行日常清洁。房间外面的花园被忽视了。早餐是另外付费的，很美味。非常友好的接待人员。谢谢
第一次住在这里——非常高兴。春天的时候，庭院很美丽。我们住宿的那天晚上，庭院非常安静和令人放松。我特别喜欢坐在我们的阳台上。我喜欢阳台！！前台的帕姆很令人愉快！她的性格很适合她的职位！！她绝对是一个守门员！
我对我的住宿感到非常满意……但是，当我走进房间时，闻起来像陈啤酒的味道。安顿好后，我去桌子下面的垃圾桶里扔了一些东西，里面都是空啤酒瓶，然后我打开冰箱，里面还有更多的啤酒，至少我知道哪里有陈旧的啤酒味。除此之外，它非常好、干净、安静。工作人员真的很好。
