Love the made to order breakfasts. The breakfast area has lots of stations and room to move people through quickly and efficiently.
Staff in all areas were extremely friendly and helpful.
Kids loved the glass elevator, open hallways to atrium, pool, etc.
Rooms were nice and large with space for quiet times (nap) with still space to sit.
Managers special was really a neat touch...the kids and adults thought it was cool to have a reason to explore the hotel for drinks and snacks.

We stayed there for a family trip for thanksgiving for 4 nights. Room was very clean and fresh. Room service daily if you needed it. Great managers reception in the evening and the breakfast was top notch. I will stay here again in the future.

1st room was NOT fully cleaned, so we were moved to another room which had a tub with soap scrub and greyish bottom that I had to clean before using.
Although bed was comfortable the bedding did not fit and kept coming off of the corners. The comforter that was white appeared to have dirt on it, which was not noticed until we checked for items (gkids toys) and found it dirty.
The microwave was filthy on the outside with spray and smead oily substance and glass plate needed to be cleaned. Carpet was stained and items from previous guests were left behind living area end tables. Upon checking out thr welcome staffing was not trained properly and had not updated the computer of the change in room. Lastly, the hotel ran out, yes ran out of kleenex tissue paper.
The breakfast had a nice selection, but really didn't eat much from it.

Room refrigerator didn’t work at all, the headboard to the bed wasn’t connected at all once I got in bed and moved pillows it hit my head, wallpaper in room was coming off wall called to front desk twice to complain about it no one picked up the phones. Took photos to show staff but was brushed off like it didn’t matter to them.

The hotel seems older. Definitely has some wear and tear. The bed was comfortable but there was a smell like maybe the sheets weren’t changed. We didn’t notice this until the next day. The hotel room definitely could have been cleaned better. Staff was nice. All in all we had a nice time.

The gym was not appealing, no water dispenser for bottles, breakfast is not very good - fruits were unripe and not much vegetarian options.

the room was dirty- your hotel needs to be updated. Too pricey for what you have to offer. I have pictures if you want to see how disgusting it was.

I enjoy staying at the Embassy Suite by Hilton. The staff at the front are very helpful and check in was fast and professional and most of all pleasant to talk to. The room was clean and comfortable. I also had breakfast and the workers where also very nice and polite even the ones that cleaned the tables. I recommend it to anyone who needs a great safe hotel. Thanking everyone for a excellent experiance.
