Comfortable stay, love the breakfast and social hours. Carpet a little frayed and stained. Houskeeping missed our room on the last day.i would still return because of the familiarity of the chain.

The stay was fine. Very very expensive for an old hotel room with lots of dust and dirty floors. Staff had us come down to get the extra sheets and blankets for the pull out bed which felt annoying. Bar staff was awesome and the atmosphere was fun. Just an okay experience.

Spacious and clean.
Clean hotel. Staff made a mistake and blamed it on third party reservation so adjoining rooms with relatives did not happen which was the highlight of our trip.

I didn't like the limited tv channels or the handicapped room they put me in that I couldn't change and pay the difference on because it was booked thru *******.

酒店环境很好，大堂餐厅连在一起，大气漂亮，房间很大，入住很舒服。
大堂环境不错。床很舒服。床单干净。地理位置优越。员工友善。可惜的是，套房很普通，就像老戴斯酒店一样。地毯污渍斑斑，木质家具刮花，浴室天花板脱落。大门变形。闻起来不新鲜，像是吸烟房的味道。早餐很糟糕。鸡蛋油腻，选择不多。质量差。不值我们付的价钱。总而言之，这家酒店的品质与Embassy Suites酒店不符。很失望。以后不会再住这家酒店了。
酒吧服务需要改进
我拿到了免费鸡尾酒券。第一天晚上被告知有效期到7:30。第二天晚上7:10到达酒吧。调酒师从吧台后面走过时说，那些鸡尾酒只有效到7点。她说她马上回来。等了20分钟，终于有第二个调酒师过来问我想喝什么。在此期间，第一个调酒师从我坐着的地方经过几次，再也没理我。做得更好！
前台工作人员很友好。这些还算是优点。床不舒服。厕所没有彻底打扫，地板和墙纸上都有污渍，好几个月都没人打扫过。我之前的房间里有人剪了头发，因为到处都是碎发，水槽排水也很差。
住宿体验还不错，床不是特别舒服，但只住了两晚，所以还凑合。房间里的折叠沙发没有床单。我得下楼去要床单，但毛巾一直没送来。我叫了三次额外的毛巾，客房服务不太方便。
