Very clean and comfortable room and bathroom! Slept so well after a long day of traveling in the car…staff was super helpful and friendly!

The breakfast did not stay cooked and ready to eat. We had to ask for the cooked food, then waited till it was ready. The neighboring room had TV so loud and blasting we couldn’t sleep. At 11:00 pm we asked the desk clerk to ask them to turn it down. Finally, they lowered the volume but it was still like their TV was in our room. Not a good stay. Hotel needed a good cleaning .

At the time of reservation, no on stated we were not allowed to park a trailer while still attached to our vehicle. When we arrived to check in, the person at the desk came out and told us we would have to unhook the trailer if we wanted to stay there, even though their property information on ******* stated free RV/bus/truck parking. We had no way to secure the trailer from being stolen apart from our vehicle. The staff member was extremely rude. ******* then told me I could not get a refund even though the staff member basically told us to leave.

The hotel itself and the staff were very nice. My bed, however, was extremely hard and uncomfortable. I recently had knee surgery, and could not find one spot on the bed that didn't hit all my pressure points. I could only get an hour or two of sleep at a time, and kept waking up. It felt like I was sleeping on a slab of granite. For that reason alone I would rate my stay only "Okay."

Well the first room had bedbug on heating syatem. Was a dispute on this. My spouce who has been a evormental manager over 40 years know what a bed bug is. The cover on this was off. Second room no phone, toe or finger nails on floor in bathroom (not ours)

我走了很远的路才到达酒店并在大堂会见顾客。抵达后，电脑出现问题，无法获取房间钥匙。我已经通过 ******** 预订了房间，但无法通过此预订房间。柜台人员终于帮我办理了入住手续，因为我是新来的。而且互联网也无法使用。我来这里是为了出差和会见客户，但是办理入住花了 20 多分钟，而且还没有网络。这是一次“不好”的经历。我仍在该地区工作，但今天退房并前往另一家酒店。
