Comfortable stay. Pool was nice and warm for the kids. Whole property was neat and clean. Close to a lot of food options. Did not have breakfast at the hotel.

I was on a two night stay. The staff was pleasant enough, but for a location of this caliber I expected more.
There was no complementary coffee in the lobby, but there was a flavored water in a community service center. When i came back from work the second evening, my room had not gotten any service, coffee refresh, etc. I had to go the front desk to ask about getting coffee for the next morning. There was a fight in the room above me after midnight. The staff didn't address the issue and it went on for nearly two hours.
Some of these things are unusual and challenging to manage. The service level isn't one.

Very noisy neighbors. Upstairs and next door were so noisy at late hours. The ‘bar’ was really bad. The ‘bartenders’ were nice but they didn’t know how to make a drink. I booked your property because of the advertised bar and the drinks were really bad.

办理入住时前台服务员很棒！我的房间很棒。一切都很干净。我之前想问一下，如果有游戏围栏的话，能不能提供。工作人员本来已经在房间里准备好了，但我们出去吃饭的时候，他们又回到房间，把床上用品也放进了游戏围栏里。我们遇到的每一位员工都非常友好。我期待下次入住。
我们在这里住了两晚。一切都很完美——干净、宽敞，而且看起来和照片一模一样！（并非所有酒店都这样！）很方便——钥匙可以打开所有外门，这样我们就可以直接进入我们房间所在的大厅。
