We were not asked if we wanted waters at check in. Also the staff made you to feel like we where a bother to check us in.

First room 319 had loud noises every few minutes, half of the light fixtures were not working, second room 240, toliet had loud whistle noise while filling up, tub didnt drain.

Lots of noise from construction during the day. No water for a period of time, and no hot water my first night. Also power went out but not sure if it was a construction issue or something else. No complaints for cleanliness or breakfast. And staff was friendly.

The hotel is under renovation and they placed us in a room that wasn't completed. No closet or wardrobe and no heat.

During this four night stay, there was only 1 day of possible evident (towels) of someone having cleaned, been in the room. The water was off for one day. Front desk to room service (towels) was nonexistent.

Having renovations while we were there. Noisy. Large parking lot but hard to find a place to park because of meetings, weddings...

Property is under renovation. The refresh will boost our future rating There was minimal construction noise.
Both the evening reception and morning breakfast were good. Staff was welcoming and accommodating. Pool was warm and and clean. All in all, a good stay. Will return.
