最后，我们被安排到了第四个房间，房间清洁度更好，没有明显的异味，但仍然需要彻底清洁。然而，我们发现房间只提供了两条毛巾。当我们要求加毛巾时，发现替换的毛巾也很脏。第二天，我们去了游泳池，这成了我们住宿期间的亮点。然而，泳池毛巾令人不满意，其中两条看起来非常脏。

在前台，我们被告知，如果第三方预订网站联系他们，可以办理部分退款。退房当天，我从大堂联系了trips.com，但他们无法直接联系经理，因为第三方会主动联系他们，我们收到的唯一退款只有30美元，而我们200美元的住宿费却只退了10美元。这相当令人失望，尤其是考虑到部分退款通常相当于一晚的房费。总的来说，客户服务体验没有达到预期。

the rooms felt neglected. The bathrooms had mold on the ceiling. The sheets had stain and hair all over them. The tv screen had full of dust. The carpets were not vacuumed, and bathroom air vent were full of human dead skin.

The hotel needs to be cleaned thoroughly and maintained in many ways. Dirty elevator, dirty hallway. The bathroom above ours had a leak that was coming down through the ceiling to our bathroom. After informing of the problem they fixed it, but there was still a nasty smell. I wouldn’t stay here again.

I'm not sure if they even completely cleaned the room. There were cockroaches on the floor and the wall when I woke up this morning and there was one bath towel in the bathroom.

And the door handle was broken to get into the room.Every time you shut the door it fell on the floor

Stayed overnight, third floor room 310, dirty elevator, dirty floor, cracking ceiling in the bathroom, and cockroaches in the bathroom, crawling, so disgusting. Never experienced anything like this, even in a motel. Forget about the breakfast, I won’t even touch them, not that there are much choice’s anyway.
