Had a pleasant stay. The room was comfortable and included a microwave, mini refrigerator and safe. Wonderful hotel lobby with comfortable seating and fireplace. Overall hotel condition is excellent with ample parking. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The room was ok. The water pressure could be improved. We ate at the Steakhouse & the Saloon on 2 different days. Both times we had Caden as our waiter. He was fantastic. A breath of fresh air. He actually remembered us the second time, including what we ordered from the bar. The coffee in the lobby needs to be checked on more frequently. It was empty (both containers) as well as the hot water being empty. A more reasonable breakfast option would also have been appreciated. Lastly, our phone rang every morning waking us up like a wake-up call has been requested. We did not. Room was clean & spacious.

Hot Tub was great, food very good but very expensive. Gentleman by the name of Nash was a pleasure to text with as we were delayed by an accident on the highway. Only complaint - the faucet in bathroom dripped and we were on the 'family' floor - lots of noisy kids. Beds were very comfortable.

Everything about the hotel itself was great. The staff didn’t look happy to help, they look like they hated their jobs. Car alarms going off at 230 am doors slamming at 5 am in hallways. We ended up leaving early. The steakhouse was wonderful.

Above average property. The food on property was mediocre, but really not great anywhere in the area. The room condition was aged. The bar tender was excellent. Location is great for your Grand Canyon visit.

Plenty of parking, lots of alternative things to do in the area and very close to the park entrance. Very nice hotel with a wonderful saloon and separate restaurant.
