I would like to share my feedback based on my experience during my recent stay at your hotel. As someone who regularly deals with hotels, I was disappointed by both the room condition and the attitude of some front desk staff.
Unfortunately, the room I was given had several issues — the TV did not work, the air conditioning was very noisy, and the toilet was not functioning properly. I reached out to the reception multiple times to request maintenance, but the response and no effective solution was provided.
I also wish to express my concern that the treatment I received seemed influenced by bias. In my opinion, some staff members may show discriminatory behavior toward certain guests — particularly westerners who are not white — assuming that they will not complain or cause problems. This perception is deeply unfair, and it negatively affects the hotel’s reputation and guests’ comfort.
I had chosen your hotel again because of a positive past experience, but this visit was disappointing. I hope you will look into this matter seriously and ensure that your staff treat all guests with equal respect and professionalism.

When I checked in the room I was given smelled like smoke I asked the room service staff if they had deodorizer and she checked room and sprayed deodorizer. After a moment she said let's talk to front desk and move you. The front seat moved me and the room and the stay were both perfect! Would stay again ...staff showed interest in making my stay comfortable. And even tho being on the first floor there was zero issues with noise whatsoever. Room was clean.
