There was ice cream in the freezer when we checked in. One of the beds was wobbly. One of the bedroom doors was broken you couldn’t close the door. The breakfast sausage had hair in it. But overall it was very roomy. I will try another location next time. Getting in the front door is a hassle if you have multiple suitcases because there is no sliding doors.

Old hotel
First room, plugs next to bed didn't work. Moved to second room. No towels, no waste basket, one plug next to bed didn't work. No stopper in tub for bath. Went to front desk, said out of towels, check back later. Also mall next to hotel has been vacant for years. Everything in area has closed except Texas Roadhouse. They charge $10 to park next to vacant mall with a thousand empty parking spaces.

The staff made the stay more bearable. Marriott needs to pay attention to this location because it seems like there hasn’t been any renovation or repairs done to it, since the place was built. Broken and missing appliances in the room, the laminate flooring was coming up in multiple places. Half of the downstairs floor, by the rooms, had no carpet and just that brown paper taped to the floor. I stayed on the south side cause it was close to my friends’ houses, but I won’t stay there again.

Housekeeper stole 2 expensive bottles of perfume from one of our rooms and a Wallet that was hidden under a pile of clothes….. we also requested that our rooms not be cleaned so they had no business in the room. Cops had to be called and investigation is on going

They had an issue with our room when the previous occupants checked out, so they got us 2 nicer rooms, same cost and a very nice gift basket. Front desk was very helpful. 100% would stay here again.

When we arrived we were told the key entrance system was down and staff jad to let us in with master key, which staff was sketchy, the entire hotel had missing sheet rock and exposed pipes. Inside the room the place was so gross could even set stuff on the floor. We did not stay in hotel and was refused a refund.

The amenities in the room were great. I was not happy that I booked a king room but got “upgraded” to a full room when I arrived but not charged any different especially when my receipt showed what I had booked for and the receptionist told me I was wrong. The second night my room key stopped working and I had to have it rekeyed.

It was not like other Marriott Residence Inn hotels.

1. Missing iron box
2. Missing iron board
3. Missing suitace stand
4. No hangers or laundry bags
5. Shower water is slow
Hotel amenities:
1. Parking addtional charge $10/day
2. No fruits in the breakfast
3. Juice machine was not working. So no orange juice or apple juice
