First of all, ******* made a fool of me, saying my booking was cancelled. All the hullabaloo for nothing and made me re-book the same place for extra money!
About the hotel, we were changed rooms, multiple times again and again and again... One room, had issues with the sink, drain, the other room had issues with electrical and one phase wasn't even working. Then changed rooms again and my stay with a baby was miserable!! Highly unhappy with ******* and the stay as well!

Bedding was not changed. Found hair and a dead ant in my bed. Room had not been vacuumed thoroughly in quite some time based on the amount of crumbs and dirt under the bed. Smelled unpleasantly strong of bleach or cleaner. Found clothing left from previous guest.

We liked the variety of breakfast foods, the reliable and easy to use WiFi, the thick bath towels, the microwave and fridge, and the friendly and helpful staff.
We did not like the worn, old elevator and stairwell, the dirty and dusty heater, the musty smell in the bedroom, the outdated furniture, and the lack of a chest of drawers for clothing.
The hotel in general is old and needs updating. All the Hampton Inns that we stayed at in California were a lot nicer than this one in Pennsylvania.

The staff is amazing. They helped us when we requested for 2 queen beds instead of 1 king bed. The rooms are clean and spotless. The breakfast was yummy and overall a great valuable stay. I highly recommend stay!

The room was very clean, comfortable with a good appearance. The staff was very thoughtful, kind and friendly. Breakfast there is very satisfying as well.

There were a couple events going on in the area so the staff were obviously busy. They gave each guest the tine and attention they needed. Breakfast was always kept full in the morning- it was clear they were prepared for the crowd of families.

Dirt on floor. Air conditioning did not work. Unit making humming noise but not running. Keeping us up all night.

We enjoyed staying here. Close to friends we were visiting. The only negative is there were black hairs in our bathroom sink when we arrived in our room. Other than that it was good.
