Vintage 1990’s, blackout curtain falling off the rod, peeling wallpaper, dark, dated furniture, faded wall art (?), carpet no longer lying flat, chipped furniture…..time for a make over.

Room ( specifically restrooms) could use a little deep cleaning. Otherwise great place with lots of amenities and foyer was CONSTANTLY being cleaned. Staff was very nice too.

I stay here often because of the indoor pool and proximity to family. I usually encounter some issue. This time the air conditioner was not working as effectively as it should, there mold in the bathroom and the bathtub did not drain.

Staff was great. The main issue was the age of the overall facilities. Furniture was falling apart. My wife was cut by a metal piece coming off one of the queen beds. Toliet seat was cracked so the way through... to be clear, we stay here 4 to 5 times a year. We have seen the "needs" continue to grow.

Again, staff was great! And overall value was great!

I know a major renovation cost double given the lost revenue while work is commencing. Plus rates may/will go up. So tough...my family still enjoys the Embassy/Barcelona more than the Overton or others in the area.

The hotel rooms need some updating. Furniture old and worn; bathroom/ shower area is old and small. Beds were comfortable and breakfast good. Like the lobby/bar area but open til midnight and loud on our first night for the person sleeping on the couch. Should at least have the guests in the bar area keep it down after a certain time. We changed rooms for out 2nd night

The staff was great! Breakfast was good! Food at bar was good but pricey. The rooms smelled stuffy and kind of smelled of mildew. The hotel had a strong antiseptic smell to it. If you asked me if I would stay there again, I’d say no.
