Check in was a disaster between ******* and Hampton taking ＞45 minutes. Charged me 100.00 to change the date of my stay. No bathroom light in the morning. No TV in the morning. Why should I stay here again??

Everything was very nice. I was checked in at the desk by "Jolene" who was cordial, friendly, and welcoming. The room was very clean and it was very quiet. The breakfast in the morning was excellent as was the coffee station. I do miss the little snack bag at the front desk where we could grab 'n go off for the day. All was very nice. Thank you!

A good overnight stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable, service was friendly. They also offered a great, standard hot breakfast. Not their incidental hold on the card is 300$ which is strange considering it is a Hampton Inn.

Rooms very clean, but bathtub was very slippery. Needed a bath mat for inside of tub plus 1 additional hand bar. Otherwise a fine hotel.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfy!! I've only found one other hotel that has comfy beds and my body parts don't go numb from the hardness of the bed lol. Now I have another hotel chain to add to my list!
Breakfast was good, there was plenty of options and we stayed 3 nights and a lot of the items changed each morning, for a good variety. Staff was friendly! Pool was a good bonus on our first day after 8hrs of traveling. Highly recommend this hotel!

不建议入住，非常不好，在线已经付过房费的情况下，收 300 美金，不知道这种收押金是不是很不正常，但看着前台的样子不太正常.如果入住问清楚押金
住得还不错。酒店正在翻修，所以一楼的楼梯被封了。我个人比较喜欢走楼梯。另外，电脑系统也很慢，我足足在前台等了30多分钟才办好入住。这两点确实有点让人不爽。但除此之外，其他都挺好的。早餐一如既往地美味，工作人员也很友善！
房间很小，谈不上服务，在我已付房费的情况下，押金居然每个房间收 300 美金押金，说是离店退款，半个月过去了，杳无音讯，不建议入住.
较旧的汉普顿酒店。非常普通。布拉特尔伯勒有很棒的餐饮选择，但价格昂贵，但值得！
