环境:比较方便,去机场有汉莎巴士,去市中心有地铁非常近!
服务:和国内服务比较接近了,非常给力
入住第三天就被螨虫咬了 身上都是这种包 很痒 然后找经理说更换被单 经理看似很认真 等晚上回去 发现床上还有细小头发和睫毛 要么没当回事 要么就是保洁没听 再也不会去住了 早餐也很难吃 桌子也没人收拾 差点坐到被人吃过的桌子上去(上一桌用完刀叉还插在纸巾里 不仔细看看不出来)
意思是一晚一千多的房间床上有蟑螂。。。哈哈哈我服啦。。。
第二天说了之后,把我的双床房换成了单人床……不过厕所从浴缸(巨狭窄而且没有帘子)换成了巨大的卫生间(似乎是供残疾人员入住),行吧。
默认无room service每日打扫,应该需要联系前台或者房间内扫码登记。
一楼阳台正对室外,也不是反光玻璃。晚上或者人不在的时候没办法拉开窗帘。我就想问怎么想的这个酒店的设计者。
唯一的优点是早餐还行,而且离U6的Nordfeidhof地铁站近,地铁站d口出不到50m,从酒店后门进。

可能是我住过最贵的铂尔曼,建议携程直接下架。。。缺东西的缺东西,东西差的东西差。
我们一项项来。。。
1,卫生,被子如下图,杯子压根没洗,我把这个脏的拿出来放桌上,然后第二天拿个纸垫了一下给我放回去了。。。
2,环境,咋说呢。。。房间不算大。。。周边也还行,只能说一般。。。没啥特别的。
3,服务只能说。。。很有限。。。态度不太好。。。check in之后,我到房间发现电话机坏了,去了前台问小姐姐要我需要的东西。小姐姐分别记录了我要的东西。牙刷,牙膏,拖鞋,两个威士忌杯,一桶冰,以及维修电话。过了一会儿修电话的来了,一进来就试我电话态度不是特别好的那种,跟我说,这不是好的嘛。。。一阵操作,发现电话上五个键就一个是好的。然后果断换了个电话。然后客房来送东西。冰来了,杯子没来,跟我说你房间有,对,是有,有俩脏的。拖鞋来了,牙膏牙刷需要去前台购买。我能理解购买。。。但是我记得携程好像写了提供。然后我问他为啥我有胶囊咖啡机,但是我没胶囊,他告诉我因为他们用完了,新买的还没送到。太炸裂了。。。虽然我不打算用这个咖啡机,但是这回答我也是。。。还有就是这酒店可能啥都不提供,餐巾纸都不提供。。。不确定是不是也用完了新买的没来。浴袍没有我也不说了,毛巾很旧也没几条(不是说我要用,只是我觉得不太正常。。。一切的一切都说是为了环保)。其实服务应该0.5分的,这一分是给酒店酒吧的。据说是独立运营的。我两天用的杯子都是在我去酒吧拿的。酒吧小哥人很好。
4,设施,这个2025装修吧。。。可能只稍微搞了下。。。插座(我以为2025装修的好歹能有个插usb的,其实压根没更新),淋浴几乎都没更新,家具也挺旧。。。取电卡还是希尔顿的。
总结,希望携程下架这个酒店,入住体验极度不愉快!
这是一家新铂尔曼、特别大,房间设施很新,干干净净。我住的一楼,小阳台可以晾晒衣服。门口绕个弯就是地铁,去哪很方便。周边都是住宅和高级酒店,很安静很干净。在这里住了四天,特别舒适。
酒店地理位置优越,房间大小也非常好👍🏼。员工非常友善和乐于助人。清洁方面需要改进,需要加强质量把控,清洁人员没有尽职尽责。停车场🅿️干净宽敞,适合停放大型车辆,这一点非常棒。
酒店设施简易,毛巾很旧。头一次遇到这种不预约就不收拾房间也不换毛巾的情况。问了就是需要前一天晚上预约上了才能给打扫房间,第二天晚上预约了,第三天来打扫被子就对折一下就完事了。餐厅早餐谷物台上居然有很多的蚂蚁,小朋友拿糖果发现盘子里都有蚂蚁,还有就是两个服务人员擅自用钥匙打开我的房间,两次都是我在房间里,第一个人直接进来说要修空调几分钟,后面的女服务员一脸懵进来看到我说抱歉又走了,我忘记一个转化插头在门口角落,因为很难买转换插头晚上要充电用,特意当天回去取了一趟,前台问都没问就说没有的。我说插头很小在角落,我记得非常清楚麻烦帮我拿一下,她还是说没有。问都没有去问一下,如果不能帮我看一下,为什么可以有两个人擅自打开我的房门两次?铂尔曼的酒店难怪那么多的差评
非常棒的酒店,在施瓦本区,安全安静,特别值得一提的是教堂太便利了,U6只需6站,10分钟就到市中心新市政厅广场
酒店位置很方便,出门就是Nordfriedhof地铁站,坐u6去安联或者玛丽亚广场都很方便,酒店设施很现代,大堂有饮水机,房间内会提供胶囊咖啡机
