Service is lacking. Took forever to check in. The toilet clogged while we were staying here and it took over 2 hours to get a plunger. Pet fee is listed at $50 per night on here and the hotel insists it’s $75. Even showed them that it’s listed as $50 on here. When we were trying to check in there was not a front desk attendant for 15-30 mins. Once we finally got a room the door would not work. The front desk attendant made it seem like our fault and said she didn’t know if they had another room for us… during this whole situation and stay the customer service was lacking. The door problem was out of her control but from a customer service perspective it was handled extremely poorly. I have stayed at lots of Homewood Suites and this was not a standard experience.

Alex, the evening man with the pony tail that checked us in was horrible to start. He was not at all helpful and did not provide any type of front desk support. Sheets took two calls within an hour and a half to come up. No one was available at the front desk in the 10-11:30 hour and I had to go next door to get assistance. That is where Alex was hiding. I had to let him know that my 8 year old daughter closed the bathroom door while the door was locked, and we were unable to access our bathroom. He said he would send someone but no one ever came. After an hour, the night manager was on and I had to get back out of bed to retell him what happened. He let me know that no one told him, and that we could either wait until 7am to use our bathroom, or move into another room. Mind you, mmm children and I had to be awake at 6:30 am the next morning. We moved in the

The bathroom door in Suite 200 can lock by pushing it full open to the wall. It did not impact us, but should be resolved. The Embassy Suites' Made to Order omelette was exceptional. Monday breakfast at Homewood had several less items than weekend breakfast; no walnuts for oatmeal, no packaged danishs, kind of a letdown.

The breakfast was great both mornings. We even saw some white tail deer at the end of the parking lot. The staff was very polite and accommodating.

一切都和描述的一样,干净,早餐不错,床很舒服,等等。
我以前住过这家酒店,但记不清它是什么样子,否则我不会再预订,当然也不会再住那里。整个酒店都散发着霉味。人们把垃圾扔在走廊里。我的“厨房”柜台上真的有蟑螂。住了 6 晚,其中 3 晚不得不去前台更换我喝过的咖啡。对于这种地方来说太贵了。非常失望!
