We arrived to find a air blower on and running in our room. Some of the furniture was up off the floor and on the couch. It’s close to the airport but it’s definitely noisy. The day before we left, I left out our dirty towels and a empty box of tissues outside the door. Instead of them replacing and putting them back in our room new towels and a box of tissues was left on the floor outside our room which I thought was odd

The hotel seemed clean. The room I am in smells of moisture. Bad smell. I would complain if I was staying more than a quick night. Bad smell in room l.

Property was close to airport and provided airport shuttle. Not all the staff seemed happy. You had one that was really friendly and then others that were just dismissive to guest. I have stayed at Holiday Inn Express on several occasions and always enjoyed good breakfast and friendly staff. The one single thing at this hotel that was really disappointing was the breakfast. Coffee was watery, choice of breads stale, cinnamon roll was not fresh. Everything was on styrofoam plates which I thought was so not eco friendly at all

Excellent stay
Hotel was very nice and clean. Staff were friendly and responsive, and cleaning staff was great. The pool was nice and the complimentary breakfast might have been the best I’ve ever had at a hotel. Great value.

The hotel staff was very nice but the hotel is very worn down. The furniture in the room was ripped, the carpets old and smelly. The pool was gross.

Everyone of the staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was very quiet. Breakfast was really excellent, fresh with a different selection of hot items each day we were there. And we really appreciated having fresh coffee available in the lobby all day. We had a wonderful stay.

The toilet in our room didn’t flush when we got there. We asked for another room but the hotel was booked. The front desk person suggested to jiggle the inside of the toilet on our own. A maintenance person was never sent.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was great especially the lady serving breakfast. She was very kind and accommodating.
