Absolutely, i live in the area my fiance she drives for a career. She loved her room and so did I the king bed was the right fit for me. No complaints. Aron at the front desk the most perfessional person ive encountered in this industry!

As is often the case, the staff are fine, but the design of the bathroom is a joke. Hand -held shower should always be required, but the valve to switch from shower head to hand -held is close to 7 feet. I was in a handicap room. Someone shorter than my 5'11" could never see it much less reach it. And impossible for someone in a wheelchair. There is no hook or peg outside the shower to hang a towel. The shower curtain ends 3 or 4 inches from the shower ledge, consequently the floor will always be wet. And all the soap and shampoo dispensers need another half inch on the spout.

The people in front desk could really use some training. One of the worst front desk staff.
房间脏乱差，还向客人多收费！！！
我的住宿体验非常不满意。如果不是我入住时已近午夜，而且天气也好一些，我早就立刻离开了。我尽量不抱怨，所以尽量做到了最好。房间不干净。进门时，枕头上沾着头发。浴室的墙上沾着一些棕色的东西，而且根本没有打扫干净。电视只有一个频道。更糟糕的是，他们竟然多收了我的卡285美元，我什么都没付。我绝对不会向任何人推荐这家位于桑德斯顿的酒店！
酒店不错，房间也很干净。然而，前台的客户服务是我住过的所有希尔顿酒店中最差的。他们粗鲁无礼，不乐于助人，而且好像你不方便似的。这足以让我永远不会再住这家酒店了。
泳池边上有一滩呕吐物。我报告后，柜台人员说“会让下一班来处理”。健身中心的设备维护不善，而且显示不准确。房间和健身中心的电视都无法换台。真是维护不善、缺乏细节的糟糕例子。
