Airport shuttle was on time. However we were not given a number to call on return flight as we were told we would be given 1. Another thing to be concerned about when we were told something entirely different.

The shuttle started at 4:am, barely enough time to get my flight. I hope they have an earlier pick up.

房间脏乱差,还向客人多收费!!!
我的住宿体验非常不满意。如果不是我入住时已近午夜,而且天气也好一些,我早就立刻离开了。我尽量不抱怨,所以尽量做到了最好。房间不干净。进门时,枕头上沾着头发。浴室的墙上沾着一些棕色的东西,而且根本没有打扫干净。电视只有一个频道。更糟糕的是,他们竟然多收了我的卡285美元,我什么都没付。我绝对不会向任何人推荐这家位于桑德斯顿的酒店!
酒店不错,房间也很干净。然而,前台的客户服务是我住过的所有希尔顿酒店中最差的。他们粗鲁无礼,不乐于助人,而且好像你不方便似的。这足以让我永远不会再住这家酒店了。
泳池边上有一滩呕吐物。我报告后,柜台人员说“会让下一班来处理”。健身中心的设备维护不善,而且显示不准确。房间和健身中心的电视都无法换台。真是维护不善、缺乏细节的糟糕例子。
前台工作人员服务不错,但房间空调和冰箱都很吵,尤其是空调。噪音大到影响晚上的睡眠。第二天晚上我半夜关掉了空调。第一天晚上就应该关掉。罗德岛州国际机场(RIC)从早上6点开始就有起飞噪音。淋浴间的推拉门也需要更换。开关起来很费劲。
总的来说,没有达到我在其他汉普顿酒店体验到的标准。下次我们会尝试罗德岛州国际机场附近的其他酒店。
我们一直很喜欢汉普顿酒店,但这次有一点小不满,浴室里的纸巾盒里只有 4 张纸巾。
