The staff was great however you need to up grade these rooms. The mattress was not comfortable at all bathroom was old and rugs need to be taken out. I had a bad experience Oct.3,2025. We went to the Turner’s Wedding they gave my husband Daniel Martinez a room which was taken already. This was in Long Island we walked in and walked out when we saw luggage. On the following day Sat. Oct4,2025 the elevator was out of service. We had to walk down with luggage. So to say this my husband reached out and gave review and they never got back to him. So I will not be using this hotel at all anymore.

Very nice room. Clean and well supplied. Staff was always pleasant and knowledgeable. Food service was great!
装修有点陈旧了，地理位置是好的，停车也免费，机场的shuttle是共享的，注意预定，服务倒是挺不错的。
我不喜欢浴室地板，感觉好像所有的污垢都堆积在墙壁或角落里。我不喜欢在浴室地板和浴缸墙壁上发现长长的头发。床底下有明显的垃圾，说明床底永远都打扫不了。办公桌附近的电话上挂着一大团头发。我不会推荐这个地方。
我们入住第一晚后的第二天早上，泳池/水疗中心突然“正在维修”。我们预订酒店或入住时都没有被告知这一点。整个地方都很脏，包括我们的酒店房间、电梯等等。
我们住在521房间，昨晚屋顶漏水了。我醒来发现床头柜上全是水，我正要把手机倾斜过来。空调漏水到地毯上，我会给经理发邮件。

总体来说酒店不错，唯一的缺点是游泳池关闭了，我儿子真的很期待游泳池。
