The hot water ran out twice while there. The carpets were very dirty and the furniture had stains on it. I would not stay here again.

Disappointed we did not have use of the pool or hot tub since it was not working. Had we known, we would have canceled. Otherwise, it was nice.

The staff was great. They had no room said the ******* overbooked. They finally after 45 mins gave me a key I went. To the room there was trash all over it and bed tore apart. Had to wait again for them to find someone to clean it. The jet tub only had one jet working. Not worth what I was charged
装修有点陈旧了，地理位置是好的，停车也免费，机场的shuttle是共享的，注意预定，服务倒是挺不错的。
我不喜欢浴室地板，感觉好像所有的污垢都堆积在墙壁或角落里。我不喜欢在浴室地板和浴缸墙壁上发现长长的头发。床底下有明显的垃圾，说明床底永远都打扫不了。办公桌附近的电话上挂着一大团头发。我不会推荐这个地方。
我们入住第一晚后的第二天早上，泳池/水疗中心突然“正在维修”。我们预订酒店或入住时都没有被告知这一点。整个地方都很脏，包括我们的酒店房间、电梯等等。
我们住在521房间，昨晚屋顶漏水了。我醒来发现床头柜上全是水，我正要把手机倾斜过来。空调漏水到地毯上，我会给经理发邮件。
火警警报总是响，迫使你不时离开
泳池总是关闭
不含早餐
健身房真的很小
房间有异味
总体来说酒店不错，唯一的缺点是游泳池关闭了，我儿子真的很期待游泳池。
