The staff deserves 100 percent of this review. Though the rooms were good, and the resort itself looked fantastic, it was the front desk staff that really set this place for a high rating. Thank you Ruby for your help.
The rooms were good, though the canvas tarps for curtains were strange, it still was a nice sleep. Regular rooms are quite small, but the suite was a great size. Easy to navigate and park. Nice decent restaurant on site. Alcoholic Drinks are quite expensive, but tasty. We enjoyed our stay.

Ace 酒店曾经是我在棕榈泉的住宿首选。他们开业十多年来，我陆陆续续住过几次。现在真是每况愈下。我换了好几次房间——空调坏了，没有热水，薄薄的墙壁另一边有个发电机嗡嗡作响，吵得我根本无法思考，更别提睡个好觉了。我想说的是，我这辈子从来没有主动要求换过房间。我不是那种斤斤计较、抱怨一切的刻薄***。现在酒店里正在大兴土木，我希望这是为了让酒店恢复到几年前的水准。话虽如此，如果酒店能提前告知我施工情况就好了——比如泳池水会很凉，按摩浴缸不能用，还有那个让 Ace 酒店成为棕榈泉同志骄傲节等社交活动完美场所的开放区域受到了影响——这样我就可以选择住别处了。我觉得目前住在 Ace 酒店简直是浪费钱，而且考虑到镇上新开了许多有趣的酒店，这里也显得很不方便。我仍然希望情况能有所好转，酒店至少应该更努力地告知顾客施工情况以及那些确实会影响我选择住宿的因素。
泳池边是放松的好地方，有一种复古的感觉。不过饮料有点贵...
前台的马蒂尼是Ace酒店最大的亮点！他简直就是个天使！可惜的是，房间潮湿发霉，墙面积满了灰尘，床中间的地毯看起来也像是从来没吸过尘。我们对Ace酒店抱有很高的期望，如果酒店能改进一下，或许会是一个舒适的住处。
管理极其糟糕！
他们不断从我的卡里扣款，而这些费用与我们毫无关系！我们的冰箱温度调到最高，打开一看，里面的东西全都被毁了！他们非但没有解决问题，反而想收我双倍的费用！简直太不合适了——绝对不推荐！
泳池里两个男人打了起来，没人制止，我们叫保安来的时候，他站在那里什么也没做，还说他不想弄湿自己，任由那两个男人在泳池里待着，周围还有孩子。
如果您想放松身心，睡个好觉，这家酒店并不合适。
泳池很吵。房间里没有咖啡。所有东西都要收费。
床很硬。房间很小。
我们住得很愉快。有点失望，因为房间里没有咖啡机。除此之外，床很舒服，工作人员很友好，房间和庭院都很干净。
价格有点贵，但非常好，我推荐！
这里干净、友善、位置优越（从这里到任何地方都需要 20-30 分钟，比如好莱坞、贝弗利、圣莫尼卡 ,,,），屋顶的游泳池是最好的
如果租的话，交通方便（代客泊车60刀一晚），热水出得很好，都不错，强烈推荐。
