Best thing about this hotel is the location. Hotel is dated which I don’t mind if it is well taken care of and clean, BUT This hotel the linens weren’t clean, fabric very rough, they didn’t clean room during our stay and the room had such a bad humidity problem the floors not just bathroom the whole room. were so wet I had to wear my shoes the whole time. They should seriously invest in dehumidifier system. If you don’t like walking on wet floors stay somewhere else even If you have to spend a few more dollars

This hotel is the worst place I have ever stayed. It is dirty, old and in disrepair. The staff is rude and disrespectful. Highly recommend you stay somewhere else.

If you’re looking for a place to sleep, a hot shower, and cold ac this will do. But, be prepared to bring shoes to wear in the shower and in the room. Beds are hard as a rock…. I’d even suggest bringing linens especially towels/wash rags. A few we had were not clean…. Strong cinnamon smell to the room itself. Not thrilled about the whole experience. Pay 20 bucks more a night and stay elsewhere if I had to sum up a suggestion…

Definitely in need of updates, I'm still waiting to find out why I've been charged an additional $188.00 and$99.00.They charge a parking fee i know but I haven't been able to talk to anyone about these charges,it's an absolute rip off.There wasn't any damages or any reason I could have been charged.I could have stayed in a much nicer place. 3 nights was to be 541.00 I've been charged roughly 828.00.Still don't know why and doesn't look like i will find out.

My family stayed at this hotel for a family beach trip. I was fine when I saw it was a 3 star hotel. Boy was I shocked when we checked in. I will say the tennis and volleyball courts are beautiful. The hotel is another story. It is so outdated. It desperately needs to be painted on the outside. The rooms are small and the beds are full size instead of queen. We found a few dead bugs in our room and a big puddle of water stayed outside our door because the air conditioner leaked. The breakfast was fine and the location is very convenient to the beach. Don’t be fooled by the 3 star rating. We will never book here again. There are several hotels in the area that are much nicer.

The hotel was fine enough. When we checked in and walked into the room the room had scuff/scrapes on the floor and the curtains were damaged torn. I made the mistake of assuming since they put me in the room with damages that they had them documented and didn’t take a picture. Once I checked out they charged me $150 dollars for the damaged curtains that were damaged upon my arrival. They claim that they don’t have a report of previous damages but I could see how tattered they were through the window before stepping foot in the room. If they aren’t documenting it and now charging me, they likely are charging each customer in that room for these damages and scamming people out of their money. It’s absurd. I stayed 2 nights (so not even 2 full days) and spent the entire time at the beach and not in the dingy motel room. I’m appalled. I would think twice before booking here.

I will keep this review concise but direct. We reserved a room at this hotel and, due to circumstances beyond our control, were unable to cancel within the limited timeframe you allow. To make matters worse, the hotel never sent me an email or text regarding my reservation, leaving me uninformed. When I contacted the manager, I was met with a failings response. She simply repeated the cancellation policy without addressing my concerns, stating, "We only send reservation confirmations if you request one." While I understand the need for businesses to protect their revenue, this is an incredibly uncustomer-friendly practice. One negative review might not hold much weight for a hotel with an already poor reputation, but it’s imperative that I add my experience to the list. While in town for an event, I will share my experience with my coworkers and family members, and I will also ensure this complaint is posted on various review platforms.

The first room I was given was not made up. I discovered the next morning in my second room , the shower had not been cleaned. All the corners were dirt and grime inside and outside of this property. No attention to detail. Looking back at this property photos they had been photoshopped/enhanced. This is not what I saw.

cannot get a reply from any of the emails i have sent i was sent an online form which doesn't work surely this is one of the first things that should work when running a motel i live in England so its not convenient for me to phone them i have stayed here before a couple of years ago so am happy to stay again

I’ve stayed at this hotel twice in the last few weeks. It was great and it had everything we needed. My kids and I were treated with so much hospitality and great service. The bar manager Doug was the best. He remembered my kids and I on our second visit and remembered our orders. He even brought me my drink at the pool without asking. You can tell he is the heartbeat of this hotel and it wouldn’t be an awesome experience without him. The continental breakfast was so good and was much more than I expected. All of the staff was very kind and accommodating. I loved the bicycles/chairs/wagons available to us to take to the beach. I will stay here again soon. My kids miss Doug lol.
