Staff was excellent, very sweet and kind! Room was clean, bed was comfortable! Kids loved the indoor pool. Close to food and gas. Shower pressure was awesome! Only downfall was the limited breakfast.

Got in late, the lady at the front desk was polite and friendly. I had inquired about the gym and was informed that it had not been reopened since Covid. Made my way down the hall and the smell of pot was strong but it didn’t overly bother me. Got into the room, everything was clean for the most part. The only thing I noticed that was off was the smoke detector. It’s hanging off the wall and has tissues shoved in random places. My neighbors are either 100% deaf or extremely hard of hearing. They had the tv set to 80 or so it sounded like. I could hear what they were watching over my own tv and ac. I shoved a towel under the shared door to try and muffle some but it didn’t help. Made it to about 12:30am and couldn’t take it anymore. I made my way to the front desk and ask the gentlemen who took over to either move me to another room or to get them to cut it down. He called the room and asked them to turn it down. I thanked him and made my way back to my room. They indeed turned it down but only to 50. So instead of walking back up to the office I shoved tissues into my ears, cranked up the ac and covered my head in a pillow to try and muffle the noise.

I reserved a king suite for my self and my handicapped daughter. When we got there we were told it was in the second floor and there was no elevator. They changed it room to a regular room and didn't adjust the cost.

That does not reflect the level of service we strive to provide.I would like to make this right. The room was fine but the included breakfast was minimal at best. Boiled eggs and raisin bread just doesn’t cut it for breakfast.
