I reserved a king suite for my self and my handicapped daughter. When we got there we were told it was in the second floor and there was no elevator. They changed it room to a regular room and didn't adjust the cost.

This should have been clearly communicated, and we regret the oversight.Additionally, I apologize that the cost of your stay was not adjusted after the change to a regular room. That does not reflect the level of service we strive to provide.I would like to make this right. However, due to this being a pre-paid reservation we are still waiting to hear from the booking site on the cost adjustment.Your feedback is invaluable, and we are taking steps to ensure this situation is not repeated for future guests. The room was fine but the included breakfast was minimal at best. Boiled eggs and raisin bread just doesn’t cut it for breakfast.
