We arrived 20 minutes from check in and they said you can’t check in until the required time. The lobby was dirty and the TV didn’t work

A great deal of work has been done over the past few years and conditions have improved significantly. I enjoyed my stay, close to ISU with very good rate. As a senior I Would like to see grab bar installed in shower.

The inside of the building and the building itself were tapped up very well. The rooms were beautiful, clean and seemingly newly remodeled. However, the ground the parking lot had humongous, potholes, overgrown, weeds, garbage laying all over the parking lot. That being said, the staff was great.

ISU Family Weekend
The hotel managers are great people. Very kind and overworked. They did their best to be accomodating to us. Place is in the middle of renovating. Room was clean but smelled moldy. Overall, we survived and it is because of the managers, dynamic duo.

There didn't seem to be any hot water in the shower. Older facilities, but very clean. No elevator. Had to use the stairs, which was fine.
