No breakfast besides muffins , cereal and hard boiled eggs. Staff was always missing , was there for 4 days and i went and got fresh linen and the lady at the front desk acted like it was a huge issue. Didnt even ask if i needed a hand or anything. Just stared and watched me struggle dropping things. It was quiet and cute but best believe if someone was getting hurt or anything nobody would come. I would never stay here again.

The room was small and awkwardly laid out. The vanity is located immediately upon walking in the room. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast had a very small selection for being a continental breakfast. Very few options for people with dietary restrictions. The front desk area had a very strong cologne scent that immediately gave me a headache at check out. I was very grateful that the scent didn't carry over to the rest of the hotel. Probably wouldn't stay here again.

Staff was good, no problem there. My wife had a more positive experience then I had. She thought the room was clean beds comfortable and appreciated the layout of the pull out(swing out?) work station. We both hated the “soft water” which cannot rinse off the soap, tastes bad and made hair look terrible; ditch the water softener. I did not appreciate that the website quoted $208 for two nights and I was charged $265+ for the two nights; apparently tax and city charges were not included.

Not a fan of Spark nor do I plan to use them again.

Was very clean! Many stinking dogs are walking the halls and corridors. Should be only on 1st floor IF AT ALL. No consideration for people with pet allergies!😤😤😠😠

I was very comfortable in that room. I don’t know what it was. Maybe the mattresses but I really enjoyed my stay there. Staff was very friendly as well on the outside of the building. It looks a little rough, but it was a great hotel overall.
