下午值班的服务员非常友善，理解我们 4 号以后才到，并迅速为我们准备了第三张床没有的额外床上用品。时间快进到第二天晚上，我的两个孩子洗澡后，我们接到房间电话，说我们太吵了，“把地板弄坏了”，导致房间下方进水。当我与工作人员对质以证明这一点时，他们给我看了一段视频，视频显示水从二楼我的浴缸下方涌出。我告诉他们，一个 3 岁和一个 7 岁的孩子不会弄坏地板，如果这个浴缸结构不安全并且像视频显示的那样下面漏水，我们需要一个没有管道问题的新房间，他们告诉我“现在没关系了，我们不会向你收费，没关系，你只要把声音调小一点就行了”。而且，到处都是蚂蚁。
我房间的马桶坏了，冲水不正常。他们不但不帮我们搬走，反而装作没修好似的，我们不得不往马桶里倒几桶水才能冲。
退房的时候，来了三个不同的人来敲门，每次我开门都说“只要确保东西都带齐，并且有人收拾了，最后一个人就直接走了进来”。
我正朝门口走去。
我走到前台问为什么催我们离开，她（第二个来查看我们情况的人）说，我告诉过他们至少要等30分钟（30分钟比实际时间长多了），但如果他们被要求多等一会儿，为什么还要进来呢？
我把我妈妈和表弟送到这里参加普渡大学的毕业典礼。比我们之前住的Quality Inn好太多了。虽然步行不方便，但Comfort Inn还不错。只是这种级别的酒店价格有点高。
酒店的价格和早餐都很棒，员工也很友好。但是，整个酒店感觉很旧——地毯有异味，床也很脏，所以我不得不换床单。
酒店房间非常干净。环境非常安静，探亲时可以好好放松一下，非常棒。泳池维护得很好，早餐选择也很丰富。下次来拉斐特探亲时还会住这里。
