Nice, clean, quiet hotel. Friendly staff. Easy free parking. Conveniently located off a main road. Breakfast available in the morning. Okay choices. Close to the University of Northern Iowa. My go to choice when staying in Cedar Falls.

Very comfortable. Some problems adjusting room temp. Breakfast was good. Needs a hot tub for after workouts and swimming!

The staff was very friendly and the beds were very comfortable. One of the best hotels night sleeps I’ve had in a long time.

There were not any fresh towels for our second night- only one bath towel. I was supposed to get an email to sign up for the rewards program and I didn’t, so I signed up on my own. I was told I would get the points for our two night stay on July17 and 18. How do I get the rewards points?

按摩浴缸坏了，床也很糟糕。
按摩浴缸套房里的按摩浴缸坏了。我付了房费，而且因为我是通过第三方预订的，所以没办法换到更便宜的房间。
入住时发现房间没有暖气，而室外温度只有30度（华氏度），因为房间已满，所以无法换房。虽然获得了30美元的折扣，但既然没有暖气，就应该免费入住一晚。我对这次入住体验非常失望，因为现在入住这间没有暖气的房间的三个人中有两个生病了。非常失望！
空调噪音极大，冰箱整夜咔哒作响，窗户完全隔绝了所有声音，只能听到半挂卡车整夜驶过的声音。
糟糕的一晚
我预订了一间特大床套房，没想到竟然是相邻的房间。隔壁房间的客人一直闹到凌晨三点，大声喧哗、大笑，甚至还时不时地哭闹。房间里没有酒店信息手册，电话直到第二天早上才在床头柜的小隔间里找到；否则我肯定会打电话给前台寻求帮助。
这家酒店根本不像三星级酒店。员工看起来工作量很大，前台经常没人。三楼的洗衣房问题不断，气味难闻。
