Lock on our door was broke. Only received 3 bath towels a day. If 2 people take showers morning and night, you need 4 clean bath towels. No body wash in shower. Catch 31 would not take reservations. My husband is diabetic and needs to eat after taking his insulin. We can’t wait an hour for a table. Sky bar closed at 9:00. Would have loved to have gone up there to listen to some music, etc. after 9:00. We did have a beautiful view. We enjoyed the sunrise one morning. Very noisy last night. People woke us up at 1:00 am!

My husband and I were so pleased with the accommodations. Everyone was so helpful- from the front desk to the housekeeping staff. The room was clean and the beds felt brand new. The ocean view from the balcony was spectacular. We spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the view of the ocean and the beach. I would highly recommend this place. If we come back to Virginia Beach this is where we will stay.

Not what I expected from a Hilton. While the property was neat and clean, there were plenty of things that were not up to par. The refrigerator in the room was very tiny, the TV wouldn't work and when we tried to call the front desk about the TV not working we got a busy signal on the room phone. Turns out there is a "trick" to getting the TV to work. Front desk did state phones don't work properly. There was an event during our stay and and there were signs that said private event and they didn't want people walking through the area but it was in the hallway to get to the parking garage, not sure why you would have an area closed off that connects to a parking garage. We did like Catch 31 and our server Jordan was excellent. We returned for breakfast the next morning only to find a 20 minute wait with alot of open tables. We went to another hotel and were seated promptly. Overall, it wasn't a terrible stay, just not what we would expected from a Hilton as we have stayed at Hilton's in other travels. Just dissapointed.

We will definitely book the Hilton Virginia Beach for our next visit. The staff is excellent, going above and beyond to take care of even a minor request, and our king corner suite was spacious with a great sunrise ocean view. The hotel is right by Neptune’s statue, which made walking the boardwalk and Atlantic Avenue very easy. We stayed at the Hilton for 2 nights and left relaxed and refreshed. It was a wonderful mini vacation, one of our best.

We enjoyed our stay, however we would have enjoyed it more if we could have sit on the balcony once we were in for the night. Our partial ocean view room was on the 29th street side (opposite side of the Neptune statue) and was above two huge hvac fans that were so loud we could not sit on the balcony. We were on the twelfth floor. We asked for a different room but there were none available. Just be sure you do not get a partial ocean view on that side. We would go back. The restaurant and open bar area is wonderful and the staff were very friendly. They even had rocking chairs to sit out and enjoy the ocean at night. This is a great location as well.

房间很干净,但房间内没有一次性拖鞋,也没有牙刷和其他比喻浴帽针线包这些。但是可以找前台要,我们的房间浴巾也只放了一条,也要找前台要。也许是节假日酒店比较忙原因导致的吧。  另外,酒店水龙头不是特别好用有点漏水。我们本来预定的是海景房,结果人太多预定得太忙满,结果给了一间只有部分海景房。打电话给前台前台说没有房间可以换了。因为是第三方预定他们看不到价格,所以没办法做任何事情,让我联系预订的平台。所以我联系了携程客服,携程管家非常热心,最后帮我把投诉升级到主管级别,然后退了差价,感谢携程及时解决问题.
酒店位置非常非常好,顶楼还有泳池,风景和景观超级棒。
