房间很干净，但房间内没有一次性拖鞋，也没有牙刷和其他比喻浴帽针线包这些。但是可以找前台要，我们的房间浴巾也只放了一条，也要找前台要。也许是节假日酒店比较忙原因导致的吧。  另外，酒店水龙头不是特别好用有点漏水。我们本来预定的是海景房，结果人太多预定得太忙满，结果给了一间只有部分海景房。打电话给前台前台说没有房间可以换了。因为是第三方预定他们看不到价格，所以没办法做任何事情，让我联系预订的平台。所以我联系了携程客服，携程管家非常热心，最后帮我把投诉升级到主管级别，然后退了差价，感谢携程及时解决问题.
酒店位置非常非常好，顶楼还有泳池，风景和景观超级棒。

前台工作人员非常棒。房间看起来很棒，只是浴缸里有一些黄色的残留物（也许是上一位客人用了沐浴露？！），所以我不太敢在里面泡澡。除此之外，房间一尘不染，非常漂亮。我还希望代客泊车的工作人员能提前告知我们可以把车停在巷子里办理入住（因为把车停在停车场，然后再把行李拖进去实在太麻烦了）。酒吧区的餐厅真是太棒了！
房间很干净。我们很感谢浴缸里的扶手；但是，由于我丈夫有时走路不稳，而我个子又矮，所以爬进按摩浴缸有点困难。
我很喜欢从阳台上看到的海景，但是房间设施陈旧。浴室没有排气扇，阳台栏杆也很脏。
房间很干净，唯一的问题是客房和浴室的照明很差。
非常失望，太不专业了！！！
