Great experience at the Marriott Courtyard
Excellent and easy check in. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable. Easy check out. Only complaint I have-NO safe and NO wall magnifying mount mirror to apply makeup. Otherwise, had a great customer experience celebrating my anniversary. I love Virginia Beach. Plan to return to this hotel next year....hopefully hotel will have these two items........

The leaking roof by the front door while walking in was horrible! Room was nice… bed okay. Plus the entire downstairs had a flood but they did sent me an email about that before we arrived.

Nice location but service could have been better.
Nice location with the beach and boardwalk access. The hotel needs to be kept in a better condition. Service is a little slow and unorganized.
I booked my room with breakfast included but was told at check in that it will be a fee. Anyhow, it was shown up correctly at the breakfast check in. Yet, at check out, the breakfast fees were charged to the credit card on file, which was rectified when questioned. Just check your receipt carefully before leaving.

酒店就在海边,步行即可到达许多商店和餐馆。酒店大堂和客房都很干净,但是房间里的空调效果不太好,有几个房间的门锁也有问题,可能是因为安全锁扣移位导致客人被锁在门外。前台和客房服务人员都很友好,但有一位经理似乎不太在乎是否会冒犯客人,她评论客房服务人员“英语说得不够好”,还在他们背后说三道四。

两层楼的房间就在客房服务和维修办公室前面。整天噪音很大。

水总是变热
浴室到处都是锈迹
即使是残疾人停车证持有者也需要支付每晚17美元的停车费,而弗吉尼亚州的残疾人停车是免费的!
还是换个地方住吧。
早上7点,天花板就喷水。地板都湿透了。房间里好几件东西都坏了。工作人员忙得不可开交。这可能是我住过最糟糕的酒店体验了。
这个地方简直就是个垃圾场。没有水,没有服务,没有餐厅,没有任何便利设施。我要退款。我再也不住万豪酒店了。
