The property is located in a very convenient spot. Close to everything. It’s very clean and the rooms are very large and comfortable. The beds are like pillows, I could’ve slept all day. Very nice Holiday Inn

Check in was easy and made aware hot chocolate and coffee was available. Room was clean. Breakfast had a lotof selections and was good.

We asked for a room on the first floor, and we were able to get it. The room was very clean and neat. We would definitely stay there in the future.

The overall experience was not so bad. The room was decent, but I didn’t notice a lot of ants in the bathroom upon my entry. When I brought it up to the receptionist attention, he stated that room was known to have an ant problem. I did not complain however he should’ve offered me another room to make me feel comfortable the first day instead of the last night I was staying, which is what he did. Also breakfast, the pancake machine was broken, which was definitely unsatisfactory. Overall the stay was decent except for the ants and the pancake machine.

Cleaning room was not done very well. Bed changing, vacuuming, and moping were hit and miss...mostly miss. Beds need to be replaced.

Overall the hotel is great but the accessible rooms while very nice and spacious are really not that great for someone with mobility issues. The shower head should have a hose and the floors should be slip proof/preventive. My grandmother fell while in the shower. she is thankfully, okay but I do believe that is something that needs to be improved upon. The hotel guest who uses the shower chair will be completely soaked and it's not a good way to prevent the person from getting soap in their eyes or ears. There is absolutely no way to control the water.
