Overall the hotel is great but the accessible rooms while very nice and spacious are really not that great for someone with mobility issues. The shower head should have a hose and the floors should be slip proof/preventive. My grandmother fell while in the shower. she is thankfully, okay but I do believe that is something that needs to be improved upon. The hotel guest who uses the shower chair will be completely soaked and it's not a good way to prevent the person from getting soap in their eyes or ears. There is absolutely no way to control the water.

From check in to check out and everything in between, this hotel was PERFECT!! It was clean, the bed was comfy, the shower was hot and the water pressure was GREAT!! I'd stay again if I were to visit the area!!

Great stay - Satisfied
The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. There were no broken fixtures! That was awesome and the beds were very comfortable. My Mother(s) are a little older and they slept well. I also had my daughter and her friend, and felt safe for them. Check out being at 12 was also a plus. We will be back. Thank you

Booked a king sized bed on ******* got to the hotel to check in and was given 2 double beds because they were sold out of the kings.

Everything was great. The room was clean, air conditioning ran strong, and the front desk was always available to help.
The only issues I had was the soap and shampoo provided in the room that I was staying in (239). There were multiple bottles of the same product, while the other bottles were either mislabeled or empty. I unfortunately ended up using body wash in my hair because the bottle that was labeled hair conditioner contained body wash.
The fitness center could use a bench to use in tandem with the dumbbells.
