Good location and clean. Only drawback, they did not provide enough towel's nor coffee. Everytime we went into the office, they were either not there or they said they would bring it later.. Other than that, we would stay again..

Our room wasn’t very clean, lots of dust. I asked for an extra roll of toilet tissue one morning and by 5 pm still had not got it. Loud people and swimmers at 1:00 in the morning, then I got woke up at 6 am by the same people talking very loud outside our room. The majority of the time, there was no one at the front desk, if I had a question or needed something. I almost forgot, I was laying in bed reading one night and a bug came crawling across the sheet. I will never stay here again, and would recommend no one else does either.

Police were called 3 times between 2am and 6 am due to disturbances from people staying above us . No sleep that night . It was asful

I’m not sure the bathroom had been cleaned prior to our arrival as there was black hair in the tub. There was a mix up with our room also, another couple was assigned the same room as us because the room originally assigned to them was dirty.

We were originally placed in the back and it was a bit creepy as you backed up to woods. We requested a new room and was put in the very front row felt very safe up there. Walking distance to all the sightseeing places and lots of choices for food. Staff was great!

There were people yelling and fighting from 2-5 in the morning. Front desk would not answer other guests and myself tried to call. Terrible

Room was ok for the price but some of our towels were dirty. The indoor pool was...old and not maintained well but we had issues with TV and staff was very responsive and had it fixed right away

Asked for a non smoking room outside the room someone was smoking ********* and inside the room it smelled so much of it made our heads hurt !!!

这次的入住体验令人失望。我们被分配到的第一个房间竟然已经有人住了。不过前台员工很快就解决了这个问题，这一点我们很感谢。但第二个房间的体验也很糟糕。淋浴间的排水口有很大一团头发，马桶上也有头发。水槽旁的冰桶里还有包装纸和垃圾。整个房间看起来就没有彻底打扫干净，也没有为客人入住做好准备。而且有些灯泡也坏了。酒店外部的灯光非常亮，正好对着我们的窗户，即使拉上窗帘，光线还是会从缝隙中透进来，导致我们很难入睡。最让人困惑和打扰我们的是，晚上9点半和10点半左右，在我们已经睡着之后，还是之前那位前台员工敲了我们的门。第一次发生时，我还没来得及开门他就走了。第二次他敲门时我开了门，他却只是对我摆了摆手，示意他没什么事。感觉他们好像忘了把我们换到这个房间了，过来确认房间是否有人。无论如何，这都非常扰民，让我们的休息很不充分。早餐选择很少，也不好吃。
