Food for breakfast was not hot, gravy was very watery and coifee was very weak. Had 2 rooms, #213 had no hot water the evening of the first day. Bath tub in #213 was not clean. Spent a fair amount of money for 2 rooms that were below avarage

Upon arrival we were put in the top floor, 410, elevator did not work. We checked the bed for bugs and the mattress was nasty, major stains and just lots of dirt, 2 of the pillows had stains as well. The tub floor was nasty and a strange went coming off the step up to the toilet was hanging off, the room smelled bad as well. We were so tired and were only sleeping for a couple of hours so we just dealt with it but it was not worth the loss of my key cash. I took lots of pictures of all the issues. We got a jacuzzi suite and didn’t even use it since the rest of the stuff was gross and not sure if the tub or jets would be sanitary to use. Such a waste.

I have stayed at quality inn before but this was the dirtiest. Found sock on floor. Bathroom door was filthy with I don’t know what was on it. Bathtub dirty.

Rooms are older. First room had someone already staying in it, second room was filthy the previous guests towels in the bathroom the floor was dirty, the bed clearly was not fresh. The clerk was embarrassed by both situations and quickly moved us to a much better room by comparison but the over all property was not clean at all.

The first thing was the floor wasn't clean. Then plugged my charger in and it would fall out, in not just 1 but every plug but 1. Then the elevators didnt work and the door was left open with no caution tape. I stepped in to use it and jarred my back with the 10 inch drop I didn't notice. The eggs for breakfast were terrible, I didn't know you could screw up eggs. I would not return.

I told the desk clerk that I couldn’t do stairs he put me in a building with 8 steps to my floor! Motel 6 would have been better!!!!

这次的入住体验令人失望。我们被分配到的第一个房间竟然已经有人住了。不过前台员工很快就解决了这个问题,这一点我们很感谢。但第二个房间的体验也很糟糕。淋浴间的排水口有很大一团头发,马桶上也有头发。水槽旁的冰桶里还有包装纸和垃圾。整个房间看起来就没有彻底打扫干净,也没有为客人入住做好准备。而且有些灯泡也坏了。酒店外部的灯光非常亮,正好对着我们的窗户,即使拉上窗帘,光线还是会从缝隙中透进来,导致我们很难入睡。最让人困惑和打扰我们的是,晚上9点半和10点半左右,在我们已经睡着之后,还是之前那位前台员工敲了我们的门。第一次发生时,我还没来得及开门他就走了。第二次他敲门时我开了门,他却只是对我摆了摆手,示意他没什么事。感觉他们好像忘了把我们换到这个房间了,过来确认房间是否有人。无论如何,这都非常扰民,让我们的休息很不充分。早餐选择很少,也不好吃。
