Rooms were good, staff friendly, priced good. Our room had not been cleaned, after check-in we had to get someone to clean it.

I was surprised this property had such a positive score. The place is super dated, the first room we got was non smoking but stunk of smoke. The front desk gal wish I got her name couldn’t have been kinder and more accommodating. She switched our room. It was quiet and we slept well. Parking lot lighting could be much better and there is no elevator.

Room was great and staff was super friendly. The breakfast had alot of options and the rim is served in its beautiful. The only issue i had was that i booked one room and received another. We checked in late so i didn't want to have to move as we were only staying the one night

Overall it’s a good place to stay for the night.
Left to early to have breakfast. Had requested a rollaway, apparently none were available, didn’t find that out till we checked in. A heads up would have been nice. We managed.
Would stay again, not enough reason not to.

I was charged for a poolside room and given a room that wasn't poolside. The difference in the price was about $10 which isn't much but this isn't the first time this has happened. Then I was charged another $22.77 for having a pet which I didn't have. They are supposed to refund the charge but it hasn't happened yet. I'm satisfied with the motel which I stay at quite often but it wasn't without a hassle.
