Was given what smelled like a smoking room. Got and email telling me room was cancelled after calling to notify hotel and putting check in time during my online pre-check in. Called the hotel when I was about 2 hours out and said it was a glitch and it wasn't cancelled. Front desk worker when I arrived couldn't find it in the system but Sabrina took care of us and gave us a room. It was written in their log book that we had reservation and was paid in full. Someone earlier in day must have made an error. Anyway, facility is not completely updated but still current enough, clean for most part. Our TV remote was missing back and had scotch tape holding them in.
Price was ok for what we got, but not great.

Front desk always helpful but room was dodgy. The shower falling apart and the grab bar not secure. Minimal bedding and we wouldn’t stay again. This was our 4th time there and gets a bit worse each time.

we did not get the rooms we paid for, there were uncovered electrical outlets, the door lock kept sticking making it difficult to get in the room.

This was a good hotel. The hotel and the room were nice and clean. The breakfast had a pretty good selection. There is a good selection of restaurants in the area too.

We were first given the wrong room. The new rooms door was very hard to open, you had to force it open. Also, it wasn't very clean.

We reserved a king bed. We got to the hotel and was given 2 full beds because they sold out of kings before we arrived.
