We've since investigated and found the TV issues were due to a disruption from our service provider. We're working with them to prevent this from happening again.

Following your check-in, we have rented out that room multiple times without receiving any complaints regarding roaches. Initially, you mentioned noise from the upstairs room, which prompted us to change your room immediately. After the room change, we have not received any further complaints from you regarding roaches or the condition of the furniture. Therefore, we are unable to process a refund at this time.
