I apologize for not doing a better job of monitoring traffic in the stairwells. During evening and overnight hours we try and have the driver routinely check the stairwells for any "loud" traffic. The whole hotel was clean and well kept up. They had fall decorations throughout the hotel which made it feel homey.

3 rooms were reserved and one was still dirty at check in. We needed that room because it was ajoining but was told that it wasn't there fault. Really the room was stated clean but we found it used and diry.
Then telling us housekeepers were gone but yiu could see one on 1st gloor. After 20 minutes of standing firm that i needed that room, a fontdesk agent finally did go clean it.
It wasn't my pronlem that the room was dirty but it was yiur job to accommodate my reservations. Hereing them in tha back office laughing about this situation was very unprofessional plus we seen the housekeeping supervisor leave from back office. The situation could of been handled by her just going to clean room 144.
Our stay after that was very nice.

The experience at this Fairfield Inn has been excellent. It is very quiet as I never heard a door slam on my floor. And, the breakfast is exceptional with fresh cooked eggs and other items, as well as cereal and fruit. This will be my go-to hotel in Milwaukee.

我永远不会推荐这家酒店或这个第三方预订网站。我被告知积分会被重复使用，但最终却没有任何效果。我已提起小额索赔诉讼。
这家酒店环境不错，附近有小型小吃区，生活必需品齐全。房间干净整洁，电器也运行良好。唯一不足的是，我预订的房间靠近楼梯，其他客人的青少年对其他人毫不在意，总是在楼梯上跺脚走来走去。或者，我预订了楼上的房间，也住着同样的青少年，我几乎整晚都能听到他们跺脚走上走去，甚至有几天我预订了一周的房间。总的来说，我对酒店的环境和设施非常满意，但千万别订靠楼梯的房间……
