I apologize for not doing a better job of monitoring traffic in the stairwells. During evening and overnight hours we try and have the driver routinely check the stairwells for any "loud" traffic. 入住很顺利，我们觉得房间有点小，要求升级到更大的房间，但他们无法安排我们入住，因为我们要住10天，说其他房间都订满了。第三天之后我们的房间还没打扫干净，于是我去前台询问，被告知我们的预订单上写着“不打扫”，我询问后很快就解决了。
广告宣传的房间根本无法使用。浴缸无法正常使用，把手脱落，浴缸排水管漏水。桌子底下留有奇怪的物品。
由于无法使用浴室淋浴和浴缸，以及没有提供广告宣传的房间，我要求退款。Travelocity 并没有追究他们的责任，酒店也不愿意退款。
我永远不会推荐这家酒店或这个第三方预订网站。我被告知积分会被重复使用，但最终却没有任何效果。我已提起小额索赔诉讼。
这家酒店环境不错，附近有小型小吃区，生活必需品齐全。房间干净整洁，电器也运行良好。唯一不足的是，我预订的房间靠近楼梯，其他客人的青少年对其他人毫不在意，总是在楼梯上跺脚走来走去。或者，我预订了楼上的房间，也住着同样的青少年，我几乎整晚都能听到他们跺脚走上走去，甚至有几天我预订了一周的房间。总的来说，我对酒店的环境和设施非常满意，但千万别订靠楼梯的房间……
