Check-in was easy enough, room was clean and the staff was very pleasant.. A little noise from neighbors above. The hot tub was broken (I figured it would be). The only nearby restaurant is McDonald's though. Choices are kind of slim in this area.

Room was ok, smelled musky due to air conditioning, fridge was cool but not cold, bathroom tub was rusty and peeling. Pillows were well used and really flat mostly all soft and uncomfortable. Pool was open but hot tub broken down and part of the reason for stay was for the hot tub.

Staff at check in was friendly and nice, same as the breakfast person. Staff Called us to remind us about departure for late check out although we were in a local Casper Volleyball tournament we were late but allowed us to come get our things without a problem.

Staff great but hotel needs updating

First, no complaints about the staff. Staff was all very friendly and accomodating. Hotel def needs updating. It's clean yes, but the tub was stained. Guest internet wasn't working so I logged into the lobby wifi.....I was expecting more out of the "free" breakfast. It wasll dry goods, fruit and only 3 hot choices which didn't look all that great. Location is great, the Hilton Garden Inn was across the parking lot at least with a bar and dining.

Room was very clean and renovated. Breakfast was great and had options. Staff was very nice checking in. Hot tub was broke when we stayed but could use the neighboring hotels, we did not use it, but the accommodated. Would definitely stay here again!

The sleeper sofa in the first room was soaking wet. That included the sheets and the mattress and naturally we did not discover this until bedtime. Staff was able to move us to a different room as we needed that sleep space. Clearly this furniture was not tended to by the cleaning staff which opens up so many other cleanliness questions.....
