Staff great but hotel needs updating

First, no complaints about the staff. Staff was all very friendly and accomodating. Hotel def needs updating. It's clean yes, but the tub was stained. Guest internet wasn't working so I logged into the lobby wifi.....I was expecting more out of the "free" breakfast. It wasll dry goods, fruit and only 3 hot choices which didn't look all that great. Location is great, the Hilton Garden Inn was across the parking lot at least with a bar and dining.

Room was very clean and renovated. Breakfast was great and had options. Staff was very nice checking in. Hot tub was broke when we stayed but could use the neighboring hotels, we did not use it, but the accommodated. Would definitely stay here again!

The sleeper sofa in the first room was soaking wet. That included the sheets and the mattress and naturally we did not discover this until bedtime. Staff was able to move us to a different room as we needed that sleep space. Clearly this furniture was not tended to by the cleaning staff which opens up so many other cleanliness questions.....

The hotel staff here is great! Very polite and willing to answer questions about places around the area. It is just off the highway so it is convenient and places to eat/shop are a short drive away. The hotel itself is very clean and well kept. I can't tell if it is fairly new or just had a renovation, but it is very nice inside. The rooms are spacious (we had a 2 queen room). There was a chair, mini fridge, coffee maker and microwave. The bathroom is very nice as well. They offer the Zero % brand for their soaps and lotion (which smells amazing!). There are plenty of plugs around the room and the desk and beside tables also have usb ports for your charging needs.
