酒店回复: Good morning - We apologize for the inconvenience but we did offer a new room and the complaint was made after 8 hrs of check in which made us aware that the guest used the room and then they complaint about the bed, however we did offer a new room and we changed the bedding right away so after all the service we gave we still get a bad review without our fault is not appreciated.Thank you!

Pet friendly. Clean. The only thing was the towels could have smelt fresher and the shower gel was empty. I would definitely stay here again.

This was a great place for the rate we paid. We got in late one night and left after a breakfast the next morning. For our short stay it was a great location and friendly staff. Room was fine, and very basic as expected. Maybe a little fixing up needed on parts of the bathroom door & under the sink, likely due to water damage. But certainly not an issue for us.

Passing through Dumas.
The property was just ok. You get what you pay for. They charged my credit card for the incidental charge even though I did not have any extra charges that would have applied to my room. We found an unknown liquid that was pooled in the middle of the floor when we arrived and saw dead flies smeared on the curtains in our room. Very noisy hallways throughout the night. The property seems OLD and in dire need of updates!

It was stated as continental breakfast in the listing, but there is hardly any breakfast. I don't understand how and why the listed the hotel has continental breakfast.
