Staff was warm and friendly. However, the overall look and feel of the inside of the hotel feels a bit less than I would expect from the DoubleTree brand. The location is good as I was attending the Lone Star Rally and the hotel is just a few blocks from the Beach Central stage.

My stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Galveston Beach was very pleasant overall. The hotel had a beautiful beachfront view, and the staff were friendly and welcoming from check-in to checkout. The warm cookies at arrival were a nice touch! My room was clean, comfortable, and had a fresh scent — the housekeeping team did a great job.
The location was perfect — right across from the beach and close to restaurants and attractions. The pool area was clean and relaxing, with plenty of seating and a great view of the ocean. My only minor note is that the restaurant service could have been a bit faster during peak hours, but the food was still enjoyable.
Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d definitely stay here again for a weekend getaway.

The front desk guy at check in was excellent.

有些员工态度不怎么样。其中一位前台女经理尤其糟糕。
她对我撒谎，只是问她同事一个关于早餐的简单问题。网站上明明写着我付15或22美元就可以享用早餐。
他们说规定好像改了，不能那样做。但另一个小伙子在我办理入住时告诉我，我付15美元就可以吃早餐了。
房间里弥漫着一股除霉剂的味道，考虑到房间的价格，墙壁和天花板的修补工作看起来很不专业。床也不舒服。
晚上很晚的时候没有饼干，这可以理解，但退房的时候也没有。房间最好的地方是员工和服务，景色也不错，但绝对不值283美元。
很喜欢海滩景色。步行即可到达海滩，非常方便。房间宽敞干净。唯一的问题是，用房卡开门需要尝试好几次。退房时我告知了工作人员，他们可能需要安排人检查一下门锁。

我很喜欢这家酒店，只是不明白为什么停车要收费。我住过很多酒店，从来没遇到过停车免费的情况。房间很好很舒服，餐厅也不错，服务也很好。
