We stayed for three nights this weekend and had a wonderful experience. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted right away. The receptionist was amazing—she even upgraded us to a bigger room since I had my kids with me and we were celebrating one of their birthdays.
The entire stay truly felt like a home away from home. All of the staff were so sweet, the hotel was very clean, and the valet team was quick and friendly. We also loved having the shuttle to go downtown—such a convenient bonus.
Overall, an excellent stay. We’ll definitely be back!

Avoid off-season
The property itself is beautiful. The staff were friendly. Unfortunately, the occupancy was so low that it made me question why the property was even open for business at this time of year. It took multiple attempts and lots of wasted time back and forth to the front desk to get a key card to work properly to open the door to my hotel room. After that was resolved and I left the property to go explore, the key card no longer worked when I returned to enter the parking garage or my hotel room. To top it off, multiple hairs were found on the bedding on both the queen-sized beds. The pillows are also in need of an update and we're very lumpy. I would not return to this property unless it were during peak season because clearly it seemed like their operation was only semi-operational, from service to maintenance to accommodations.

We wanted to get away for the weekend and we love the Park City area and this hotel was close to everything we wanted to do. Great facility great people free parking. Would recommend to anybody.

Our new favorite family getaway resort!
We loved our stay at the Grand Summit! It was our second time here, and again, we were wow'd by the staff, the amenities and the service. This is our new favorite Park City getaway location. Thank you Grand Summit for being so wonderful!

Mountain view from room was great. Staff nice. Very clean. Good location of hotel. 10 minutes driving distance from Park City. Definitely needed a fridge and hotel should mention that none of rooms have refrigerators.

Room was clean upon arrival but very small. Basically just bed with little room around it. No refrigerator. Fireplace constantly generated heat even with AC running. Tried calling front desk regarding it but no answer. Valet & shuttle workers were great. No cleaning service during stay even though it was two nights. For $250 a night off, I expected more.
