Just so you know... as of Feb 25, they still do not have an airport shuttle. There are old reviews that mention one but sadly this was never changed after covid. A little disapointing sadly, so I had to get an uber each way. I hope this helps people making a decision in 2025

One and done deal. Had a bad experience, called the manager she said the hotel owner offered me a free night I said no thank you. Apparently the owner didn't listen and gave me a free night, didn't give me any info on how to use it or anything. Guess that's useless then.

HORRIBLE. Booked 2 rooms through *******. Showed up and they had given our rooms away so they put 4 of us in 1 room. THEY ONLY WANTED TO GIVE ME HALF CREDIT FOR THE ROOM THAT THEY GAVE AWAY. ******* credited the other half and said they have never experienced such horrible service. ABSOLUTE WORST. SKETCHY.

Most of the staff were great. However the facility was just short of skid row. The room was damp despite a drying agent under the air conditioner. I booked it because it was cheap, so I am to blame for the some of this. I should have done my due diligence and avoided this facility. It's worth notating that management contacted me only to give the party line and say what a great company they are. They "offer" breakfast, but do yourself a favor and go to the 7-11 across the street. I did not ask for anything, and I would not accept a free stay if it was offered. If you are in the Sandston area, you would do well to choose another hotel. Thank you.

Best staff, Always helpful. Clean rooms. Awesome breakfast. Great location. It's awesome place to stay with family. Great atmosphere. Room beds are comfy and cool. Front desk is friendly and helpful.

Brenda and her staff are the friendliest, most accommodating team, and all around great people. Hotel is a bit worn around the edges but bed was so comfortable. Breakfast is a bit light on protein but they all go out of their way to take care of you. Minutes away from the airport so a great place to stay if you have to come in the day before.

酒店周围环境啊,还可以交通方便,进门是洗手台也可以,干湿分离,早餐也不错,有鸡蛋,交通的话在里斯本机场旁边还是很方便的。
