Unfriendly staff at check-in. Also, strange paperwork required with all sorts of initials needed about loss and damages. Too many lawyers, decidedly not customer friendly. Did not feel welcome. Also, no elevators, stairs only.

I wasn't able to stay. Baymont wouldn't change my reservation. I made the request through ******* less than 24 hrs after I received the confirmation and more than a week prior to the reservation date. My stay needed too one prior to the confirmed reservation. Peoples plans do change due to unforseen circumstances. Wasn't impressed with either Baymoont or *******. It's not about the money lost.

My stay at this property was extremely disappointing. The room was in unacceptable condition—dirty, poorly maintained, and clearly not cleaned before my arrival. From check-in to check-out, the experience was substandard in every way. The only reason I didn’t leave immediately was sheer exhaustion after a long drive. I couldn’t wait to check out and will not be returning. I strongly recommend choosing another hotel that values cleanliness and guest comfort.

Wasn’t particularly loving the 1st floor, basement, type room. The adjoining room/neighbor knocked on the adjoining door asking if I had entered their room. The coffee maker wasn’t cleaned out and no facial tissue box. Other than those minor things the stay was pleasant

Comfortable bed
The bed was comfortable and the room was acceptably clean. The hallway needed a good vacuuming. Breakfast was the worst we have ever had and we spent over 30 nights in motels just this year. The sausage was inedible, and the coffee, well it would have made good highway patching tar.
