The hot tub was gross. There were no towels in the pool area for the entire weekend. I’m still waiting for the hold to be released on my card. I will never stay here again

Room was very neat and spacious ! Looked just like the pictures ! Lady at the front desk was very welcoming n nice ! I Didn’t get to try the breakfast because I woke up too late , but overall everything was great !

I think the pool and hot tub area could be bigger.The pool was ice cold and breakfast should be complementary.The price was way to much for what you got.The tub looked kind of dirty and room could have standed to be dusted.

Parts of the room were a little run down, but it appeared to be cleaned well. The staff in the breakfast room weren’t much help, but the one gal at the front desk was great!

The room was nice and clean and the staff was nice as well. No breakfast included due to having an overpriced restaurant and the snacks were an absolute rip off. $11 for a mini Gatorade and two small granola bars is absurd. You're making enough already on the price of the room you don't need to have a ridiculous upcharge on the drinks and snacks in the lobby

The overall experience was great. Clean room, good continental breakfast - but the best thing I experienced was the service I received! There was a scheduling snafu on my reservation that was 100% my fault, and the staff was great in helping me get everything corrected! I’d definitely stay here again!! Thanks for the great service!

可以说到欧美澳为数不多的每天都有主动打扫的酒店，性价比极高了。如果开车的话到市中心会非常方便大约10分钟。环境生态非常好，有river view！郊狼和鸭子。一楼有泳池和gym都是全天开放。早餐也很不错，工作人员非常热情！真希望有机会再来。
