如果OK,明年应该还是会定,因为没有亲自入住所以没法给出建议

房间非常好 带沙发床 带孩子出门的救星 睡觉太省心了 而且还有儿童玩的地方 前台有服务人员态度也很好 讲英语很方便
酒店距离苏黎世市区不远,打车几分钟就可到达。酒店房间宽敞,入住体验不错。美中不足的是再健身房丢失一件蓝色卫衣,最终也没有找到
房间挺好的 在欧洲也算大的酒店了 连锁的牌子让人放心 位置稍微有点偏僻但可以接受 总之硬件令人满意
但是!!入住的之前我们定了两间房 备注了要“ two rooms next to each other” 但是两间房只是在一层楼 离得相对比较远 而且更让人无语的是 其中一间房
根本都没收拾完就让我们入住了(如图)😅 我向前台反应这个问题 他给我的反馈是让人立刻收拾而不是给我们换一间房间 于是我强烈要求换房间 这才作罢 这个时候我问他我们的房间是否涵盖早餐 他说有一间房是涵盖的并且小朋友可以免费 到了第二天早晨早餐厅门口的员工却告诉我们我们没有早餐 我请问呢??总之服务很差 可能多少有点歧视亚洲人吧呵呵 总体来说酒店除了这些个奇葩员工没有大问题 一楼还有一个花园里面有秋千 早餐的可颂很好吃!不介意服务态度的可以冲冲冲!易破防的避雷吧🥲
从主车站乘坐有轨电车10分钟即可到达酒店,车次很多也很方便。员工非常友好且勤奋。房间和卫生间都很干净,沙发可以变成床。早餐非常美味舒适,选择也很丰富。早餐时段餐厅人手明显不足,但员工们都非常勤奋和乐于助人——他们能迅速清理桌子、补充食物,甚至还会教顾客使用咖啡机。总的来说,这是一家非常不错的酒店,强烈推荐。
酒店周边设施便利,步行即可到达Puls 5展览商业区、电车4号线的科技园站以及Freitag旗舰店等。附近还有泰式餐厅和Coop超市。
如果身体状况允许,甚至可以步行到中央车站。乘坐电车10分钟内就能抵达苏黎世美术馆和老城区。
酒店设施一流,早餐也很丰盛可口。
很棒的酒店——地理位置很好,靠近电车和公交车站。非常干净,游泳池等设施也同样如此。前台员工办理入住时很友好。早餐食物种类丰富。
很棒的家庭房,交通也很便利。
前台那位高个子棕发男员工态度非常差。突然说我们预订时没有带孩子,我给他看了Trip.com的预订确认单(上面写明了带两名儿童),他却说他们的系统没有登记,是Trip.com的问题,然后让我先去那边坐着😡😡😡😡 后来确认预订没问题后,他也没道歉!!所以一开始入住体验很糟糕,但是房间的性价比还不错,有两个220V插座,给电子设备充电很方便。酒店很安静,这点也很好。停车场很大,热水充足,排水也很好,早餐也还行。酒店离林登霍夫也很近:)
酒店一般停车费还是可以的20元一天,位置不行,离市区很远,不过房间还是可以的有个沙发,早饭还行不过有个印度人态度很差服务不行
