We love this hotel! We enjoyed Imelda and the Maria, I think is the name of the breakfast lady... but we were very disappointed in our room this time. The bedroom smelled very bad like pets or urine, or both. the bedding was clean, the beds are comfortable, but the carpet needs to be cleaned or replaced in 402.

非常失望……酒店的电路维修。之前说停电15分钟，现在却说要停1到1小时30分钟，让我提前退房，因为根本没电。他们早上9点才通知我！
这完全无法接受！没电怎么安排早餐和洗澡之类的？
非常好，唯一缺少的是双语工作人员，这样他们就可以与每个人交谈。
