My room was excellent quality. But some things we're really shaky.This go around theory.I had been going to this hotel since 2020. But, someone pulled the fire alarm for no reason. The elevator broke from one day and we had to all use the stairs. And at one point , a family was arguing in the hallway

房间不是我预订的那间。我预订的是特大床房，结果给了我们两张双人床。空调不好用。床头柜和梳妆台都坏了。走廊里有烟味，房间门口还放着垃圾袋。最糟糕的是房间里有小蟑螂。浴室还不错。客服很好。机场接送服务也不错。
由于政府停摆危机导致航班取消，我预订了这家酒店。
我当时急需一家靠近机场、价格便宜且提供班车服务的酒店。
以下是我一晚的入住体验，想和大家分享一下。
1. 马桶底座漏水（黑水）
2. 墙壁上有指纹污渍
3. 浴室毛巾上有污渍
4. 冰箱（冷冻室）有黑色污垢
5. 灰泥天花板开裂/剥落
入住和退房服务速度很快，但还可以更好。
班车：我到达时班车服务不可用；我不得不乘坐火车和巴士前往酒店。退房时班车服务可用，但由另一家酒店公司提供。不过，服务还不错。
这是我人生中最糟糕的经历。整个酒店里，大堂反而是最干净的地方。房间脏兮兮的，浴室和浴缸更是令人作呕，蟑螂到处乱窜。我们晚上11点入住，凌晨3点就离开了。酒店员工一点也不帮忙，我们指着蟑螂的时候，他居然说“是啊，我知道”。他们既不给我们换房间，也没有尝试帮我们看看附近有没有其他酒店可以安排。
房间宽敞舒适。然而，房间里缺少或缺少一些物品——垃圾桶、咖啡/奶精、门锁（因为螺丝缺失而难以锁上）、淋浴水压很小。我向Motel 6的工作人员反映了这些问题，他们的响应非常迅速。在不起眼的条款中，我发现了关于7美元安全停车的说明。似乎没有非安全/免费的停车位，所以我只能选择付费停车。
说实话，我之前还担心会失望。结果酒店完全符合预期，入住也很顺利。我额外付费提前入住（上午11点）。我礼貌地向前台询问能否换一间新装修的房间（532），结果真的换了一间新装修的房间！走廊很长，所以如果你不喜欢走路，可以要求离电梯最近的房间。记得在去房间之前先去前台要毛巾！这样可以省去你跑一趟的麻烦。总的来说，入住体验很愉快，下次还会选择这家酒店。
地板非常脏。毛巾又脏又旧，没有干净的床单，房间气味难闻，工作人员态度恶劣且不专业。霉味让我三个小时后就退房了。绝对不会推荐，也不会再入住。
