This hotel is disgusting, please please don’t go there. The rooms are old and nasty, the parking lot feels so unsafe.

I was impressed by the cleanliness of the entire facility. The staff were also excellent and helpful in every way - especially Lisa who I was able to talk with prior to our visit and several times during our visit. Her professionalism and customer service skills were excellent as were Ty's the one time we met with her.
I was surprised at the lack of space once inside our room - there was no rack to hold my suitcase, so I used the desk for it and the chair for my tote bag. Fortunately there was a padded "window seat" which provided space for my husband's suitcase, etc. There were only two large "pegs" to hold hanging clothes but it was doable.
My suggestions for the bathroom would be:
1) to add an additional hand rail in the shower closer to the middle or back of the tub as it's a bit slick for senior citizens.
2) to add a small "bar" to the side of the basin for a wash cloth and a "peg" next to it (on the wall) for a towel .
For the price it was excellent, and again, I was very impressed with the cleanliness and customer service personnel.

The room ,bathroom area has mildew ceiling,,shower curtain needs to be replaced,,needs new caulking around toilets/baseboards...a found a lot of hair in the shower ....good staff...a/c unit smell funny needs to be clean .....

Could hear every last word of the room next to ours as if we were in the same room. Pictures are deceiving the room is very small and we had to kill 3 roaches

Check in was absolutely horrible. We were standing 20 minutes in front of close door , nobody was at the front desk, we called the property 3 times no one answered. Ringing the bell seriously multiple times. Finally young lady showed up , with no explanation or apology! So unprofessional and rude!!!!!
Property it self was very clean, breakfast was okay. Only pancakes were hot everything else was cold refrigerated.

After viewing the tape, yes, the desk clerk was not there as she was assisting a guest with an issue they had in their room. The 6 minutes that she was gone from the front desk doesn't reflect the 20 minutes you stated you waited. However, once she came back to the desk she did assist you and got you checked in within the allotted time frame. The calls and door bell went unanswered because she was assisting another guest. We do apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused you. We do look forward to you giving us another opportunity to make it right with you. Thank you and have a great day.

I was here to watch my son graduate from basic training and I asked for late checkout to attend and return to gather my things instead of bringing it all with us and was told I couldn’t have late check out

On weekends when there are football games we get the rooms turned over as best as we can and any late checkouts delays this process for the incoming guest. We are a small property with limited rooms and we value each of our customers that are coming and going. We thank you and look forward to seeing you again soon.

Ok but not good
Clean room, room not ready at 3 pm, breakfast terrible and most hotels have apple or cookie for snack. Coffee was terrible.
