Chef for Breakfast was amazing.
Stayed here for business and it was great, brought kids and heated pool came in handy. It’s not super warm but not freezing

Lobby restrooms were in poor condition probably due to it being Thanksgiving evening and NFL football fans overloading the lobby area…My daughter and her family have all come down with the flu or a virus that those of us who didn’t spend the night in your hotel did not get…we were all together Thursday until 6 pm…after that my daughter, husband & son went to Embassy Suites…she said she had to go up to her room to use the restroom bc those in the lobby needed attention. Breakfast muffins didn’t look so fresh either.

1. Check in, on the way to the room elevator had food on the floor, carpet had food and trash all the way to the room and just inside our room needed vacuumed as well.
2. Was told there is a full size corner couch that someone could sleep on and two could sleep on the pullout. Pullout yes, corner No.
3.sheets with stains
4.The Hot breakfast was nowhere near hot not even warm. Food was not even over a hot plate or burner’s
5. Two days in a row, didn’t even bother on the third day had to go elsewhere.
6.employees that we dealt with seemed to only want to do the job they was assigned (tried to buy coffee for three days by the front desk and couldn’t bc it was out of water. When asked if they could add water we was told that’s housekeeping job. Checked in again when we checked out and it was still out of water.)
7.So on top of all that they make you pay $30 a night to park in there parking lot.
We are frequent customers to Embassy suites and I believe it’s time to move on. We love the one in OKC North West, the last four that we have stayed at in Texas has Not been good.

Loved our stay in this hotel. It was very comfortable for our family of 4. Indoor pool and hot tub area to swim or rest. They offer the best breakfast ever hands down with many options and always refilling when needed. Would love to come back again.

The room was clean. Breakfast was amazing, made to order omelette and you get 2 free cocktails at the bar. Location was also great.
However you have to pay to park. That I didn't not like. There was no validating and they had their own parking lot
