Nice clean room. Hot water didnt work checked sink and shower so had to take a cold one. elevator was right by my door and you would hear the motor running everytime it was used in room. Had to pay for parking 2 am-6:30 cost me 25 bucks.

Hotel room was antiquated. Very poor air quality in a regular room. I do not have allergies but I was sick the longer I stayed in that room, my eyes were swelling, runny nose, sneezing miserable feeling. Those symptoms did not go away until I got home. They messed up on my reservations. Front desk wasn’t friendly when we checked in. Stay at your own risk.

This was by far the most embassy suites stay I have ever encountered! First it starts with check in! The front desk lady named Patricia needs to find a new field of work. She isn’t very welcoming to guest of color. She gave a welcome bag to the guest that checked in before me that I was literally standing right behind that wasn’t of color. The Buffett options were horrible ! Our toilet kept clogging up, my husband had to plunge it every-time we used it. They have no entertainment. I highly recommend to stay at a different embassy suites when coming to Dallas! Skip this one! Will NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN! They charged my card for double the stay ! Only plus thing was the clean room! Patricia needs to work in cleaning not front desk! I will be going higher!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and had been updated. Great walk-in shower. Comfortable mattress and quiet wall (not window) air conditioner. Good breakfast. The pay parking system with an outside service is ridiculous, but it won't keep us from staying there again.

Family friendly, clean, quiet. Front desk provided a welcome bag and guest services provided a complimentary snack tray. They also provided two free drink vouchers. Breakfast was included as well. There were some small blemishes that showed the age of the property but overall the stay was great.

Embassy Suites by Hilton 的客房清洁服务真的不喊不来，能过一天算一天，而且很多设备都是坏的，这次马桶又不能冲洗干净。
总的来说，我们在达拉斯 Embassy Suites 酒店的体验非常好。工作人员很友好，房间很干净，设施也很棒。唯一的缺点是我们房间的空调——噪音很大，让人难以安睡。如果能解决这个问题，这里就完美了！
