工作人员对我家人非常粗鲁，尤其是代客泊车员和前台。我感到震惊，因为酒店本身还不错。代客泊车员花了很长时间才把车取到。四部电梯中只有两部坏了。我们入住期间非常繁忙，乘电梯简直是噩梦。大堂很漂亮，但房间就这个价位来说，相当简陋。
预订了一间露台套房。我们到的时候，他们没有收到我们的预订。他们说出了点小故障。不用说，我没订到我们想要的房间。真是难以置信的失望。真的无法用言语表达我们当时有多失望。
入住很方便，床也很舒服。客房服务有点奇怪，他们把食物放在餐盒和纸袋里送过来，就像Uber Eats那样。主街那边有点吵，直到凌晨12:30左右。我建议带上耳塞。
