Front desk was extremely rude at check in and the room was not clean. The shower did not work properly and would not lower the exceptionally hot water temperature that caused taking a shower unbearable. Cleaners showed up to the room after I returned from getting breakfast to clean prior to checkout time.and

Room is small and AC doesn’t seem to work well. Room was warm with thermostat all the way down and fan running. Somewhat noisy, even on the 8th floor. I paid as much for this crappy room as at the Worthington, which is the only place I will stay from now on.

Bar was not always open. Coffee/ espresso area was closed even though the signs in the elevator said they would be open. Front desk not receptive when looking for bartenders or service.

Great location. Staff could have been more helpful didn't seem to know the area. They also charged for coffee in the lobby in the morning. For the amount of money per night I thought that was terrible.
