Clean and cool room. Friendly, helpful front attendants. Good valet help. Nice bakery restaurant built on site with good coffee and food.

Great location. Staff could have been more helpful didn't seem to know the area. They also charged for coffee in the lobby in the morning. For the amount of money per night I thought that was terrible.

Loved having the balcony off the room, was nice to be able to escape the air conditioning and see Fort Worth from above. Couldn't turn the air conditioning off and the sink blocked but all in all it was very clean and spacious room. Staff were not rude but not very friendly or welcoming either. Arrived late at night after a 13 hour flight and not even a smile, just a transaction....

Extremely disappointing stay. The staff ignored multiple requests for housekeeping, never cleaned the room and it literally took 13 hours just to get clean towels. The room was dirty, the bathroom feels like a dungeon, and the air conditioning unit was so loud it sounded like an airplane turbine. I was traveling with my wife and small children, and the lack of care and basic hospitality was unacceptable. If you value your dignity and comfort, avoid this place.

Downtown Fort Worth is incredible. It is clean and easily walkable with lots of restaurants and bars. Courtyard by Marriott Blackstone is right in the middle of it all. My wife and I took an uber from the hotel to the stockyards and it was only $15. The staff at the Marriott was incredible and very accommodating and personal-able. I highly recommend stay here if you are visiting Fort Worth.

I enjoyed the location, being in walking distance to the heart of downtown.
During our stay the business computer was not working this was an inconvenience as we needed to print a document and we were unable to do so.
I found hair on the linens in my bed indicating the comforter and sheets were not changed entirely.
The lamps and charger on the nightstand did not work therefore we were only able to light half of the room.
The shower had a plumbing issue. It was dripping when we walked into the room and continued to drip during our entire stay.
Although we had two windows, the view from the second window faced a brick wall and was covered with bird excrement.
Overall, the room was substandard for the price.
