Room was clean and fairly nicely decorated but there was no hot water during our stay. We reported it but it wasn’t fixed. Other guests had also reported the same issue.

Very disappointed in our stay. I have to say the host was friendly on our arrival which was a nice start but then it went down hill from there. Stayed in room 9 which was on the top floor, and a lot of steps to climb. The room was tiny and is definitely not pictured on the website as they all look lovely, we would not have wanted it had we have seen it, It's left us feeling very short changed. It was like a stuffy shoe box. The bathroom was cleaned to an ok standard but the main disappointment came when you wanted water. It stopped running half way through brushing my teeth on arrival. The next morning it ran enough to let us brush teeth but none came through in the shower. So you couldn't even manage a wash. Not great when you want to get ready to go out or even fill your kettle. The bed was so uncomfortable you could feel every spring so no chance of a good night's sleep. The tv had no signal so when we went back to chill out before going out on the evening, we had to sit on the horrible bed in the little box room with no tv to pass the time. Such a shame because its in a great location and we had booked it as when we stayed in Blackpool the month before we had seen it, checked the website and was lookinh forward to our stay but we did not get what we were shown on site. Sorry to say we definitely would not stay here again or recommend it.

Stayed here for new year with my mum and dad and husband had a nice time and rooms we very nice Sad to have to write this but we had to leave early due to mum being not well. She left some items and we messaged Stan to let him know, who promised to post the items back to us, still waiting!! After numerous messages and promises to return there belongings still waiting. Mum and dad had another trip to Blackpool I February stayed at different hotel and went to Hotel 33 to get there belongings which they were told that the items were at his house, again promises were made still waiting! Very disappointed with Stan and his false promises! If you do stay here check and make sure you don’t leave anything behind as you won’t get it back. How hard can it be to post some items! Which we have said we would pay for the postage!!

Couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else! This is the second time we have stayed here and I cannot fault it! We stayed in room 1 which is absolutely beautiful and cosy. The room was clean. Mitch was so lovely and friendly. Such a welcoming atmosphere. Like a home away from home. Cannot wait to go back 🙂

Very nice hotel, clean friendly and helpful staff. Goid location for Winter Gardens, Tower ballroom or a night out in Blackpool, just down the toad from Ma Kellys, Funnygirls and north shore train station. Over all a very nice place to stay.

Possibly explore breakfast facilities, upgrade mattresses, power shower. Posssbly Introduce a bar Very modern but didn't represent value for money. Communal areas needed hoovering. All in all aesthetically well presented, but requires updating.

Modern rooms, good shower, nice staff. On the better end of properties in this area. Hotel was rather quiet which was great. Lots of great places to go out around here. Would definitely stay here again if in Blackpool and would be happy to recommend to others.
我通常不爱留下负面评论，但这次我觉得非常有必要。我和我的伴侣预订了这家酒店过新年，因为它离我们要参加的活动很近。抵达酒店时，前门是锁着的，我们在外面等了20分钟，一直尝试拨打预订上的电话号码，希望能联系到人。在等待了20分钟后，我们去了隔壁的酒店，才得知他们帮我们保管了钥匙。和隔壁酒店的女士简单交谈后，我们进入了33号酒店，结果被那里的状况彻底震惊了，简直和预订网站上的照片判若两地！房间里弥漫着浓烈的烟味和潮湿的霉味。我们上楼到了我们的房间，发现房门居然是敞开的，床铺也没整理，卫生间里没有卫生纸，而且在瓢泼大雨中窗户竟然大开着。墙壁发霉受潮，浴室门就是一块胶合板，看起来像是被什么东西啃过，而且所有插座都不能用。房间里根本没有暖气，其中一面墙就像照片里显示的那样，只是湿漉漉的石膏。我们彻底崩溃了。我们再次尝试联系前台，但试了15分钟后依然无人接听。浴室水槽周围都是破损的石膏板，天花板角落里还长着黑色的霉菌！我再也不会住这家酒店了，预订时那些漂亮的照片完全是骗人的，真希望我们当初没有预订。在入住的这段时间里，我们一刻都没有感到安全。希望所有读到这篇评论的人都不要再预订这里！！！
性价比超高！酒店一尘不染，员工都非常友善且乐于助人。地理位置绝佳，步行2分钟就能到火车站、海滩和夜店（尤其是那些LGBT场所），离黑潭塔也只有5分钟的步行路程。房间里有咖啡/茶具，还提供洗漱用品。👌
