Ours was an extended stay so keeping a budget was important, and we chose this Baymont because it has gym, pool & hot tub for the price of a hotel without. Visiting aging parents, most of our days were just sitting with them (after a VERY long plane trip to get there) - being able to get some exercise once back at the hotel was much appreciated!
We were very comfortable at Baymont and will definitely choose this hotel again next time. Comfortable bed, space to move about in the room, loads of TV channels, wifi, fridge, micro - couldn't have been more comfortable unless at home.
Baymont is at the edge of a huge shopping area with all the major chain stores and restaurants and everything one could need is right there, within walking distance even.
The cleaning and reception staff are great - pleasant & accomodating. Would have scored service a 5 had the breakfast staff not seemed so bothered by our existence.
Breakfast itself was quite good for an american hotel in this price range, including several warm choices eggs, sausage, biscuits, oatmeal & waffles.
Some users have commented on cleanliness, but I found the hotel and our room to be very clean. The interior is showing wear and may give some the impression of not being clean, but it is.
My only low score for sustainability, really isn't specific to Baymont. The scandinavian in me just can't give more than a 1 for all those single use cups,plates and forks - but it seems to be like that all over in the US.

Rooms were not clean . Bathroom was disgusting. Roaches in the fridge , bathroom and entryway. 0/10

We stopped on our way back home after a week long trip. This was an excellent pit stop along the way, and we couldn’t have asked for anything better. The price was affordable, the beds were comfortable, and the hot tub and sauna were nice. We loved our stop here and would recommend this place to other travelers.

Lots of food and shopping options within walking distance. Rooms were fairly clean but would like to see them pay better attention to towels as two of our towels had stains on them. Pool was excellent and so was the hot tub. Staff were pretty friendly

We've stayed a few tomes, service is always greay, prompt and friendly. Its an older motel, ans i believe they are renovating, but veey usablw for our puposes. Pool area is nice for the kids.

When we went to check in the women was on the phone with a blue tooth device in her ear and more interested in that. We had to say to her three times you are going to have to speak up and slow down when you are talking so we can understand you! When we got to the room the shower head was hanging down found out it you put it up it was leaking and would flood the bathroom. Also it looked like their was black mold around the bottom of the shower. Also when we went to the pool their were no towels. this had to be one of the worst Baymont's we have ever stayed at.

I liked that the pool, hot tub and sauna were actually open as advertised. Most other places have them at least temporary closed

Bedding was definitely not changed and the housekeeper that had to re clean the bathroom acts as if she dont gaf and the one lady just shrugged her shoulders when i asked what they was going to do about the power going out and being out all night and there was dirty tissue on bathroom counter and the tub looked gross and no one listened when i said i seen 2 roaches in the bathroom

A nicely cared for hotel with friendly staff comfortable bed and good breakfast. A great value. I would definitely stay here again.

Pleasantly surprised!
Quiet property with awesome shops within walking distance. The pool was open, as was the whirlpool, and the sauna. The workout room also worked for me. Will stay again.
