我没有拿到我的房间。我预订了一间带沙发床的双人大床房，并支付了 267.00 美元。我们有 3 个孩子，11 岁和 9 岁的女儿，一张床。还有一张沙发，供我 10 岁的儿子和我们的床使用。我提前 4 天预订，立即付款。我到了这里，他们告诉我没有我的房间。所以他们给了我一张带沙发的特大号床。而且，他们没有这张沙发的毯子和枕头。我的儿子躺在地板上，盖着床单和枕头垫。幸好他带了枕头和毯子。我的女儿有一张床单，我们有，我们给了她们枕头，让她们睡在床垫套上，太糟糕了！但至少这个地方很干净！他们在这里开会，而且整个城镇都订满了，我们来这里参加婚礼。所以我们看起来并不那么重要。这是一个不舒服的夜晚。床非常硬

Won’t return

Check in was easy. Lady checking us in not very friendly. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was awful. Scramble eggs were cold and were in little pieces as pebbles. Sausage was ok. There was oatmeal with all containers for brown sugar nuts and butter were empty. No one was keeping things fresh or clean. Stuff spilled all on counters. Orange juice tasted like water flavored orange juice. Pastry area had empty container with no pastries. Pancake thing was to hard to figure out and no mix. We stayed in same chain in Houston Texas before this and the breakfast was fantastic and clean. Workers are seen in front of building smoking.i went don about 815. This is not a place i would return to for the amount i spent for the night stay.

My stay at Holiday was wonderful.. very clean .. housekeeping was super nice , food was great!! My only small issue was my shower the water had to be running for about 10minutes before it started getting hot .. and the tub fills up super quick because the drain was messed up that’s a (small fix) but other than that 10/10 I would recommend

The room wasn’t clean, peanuts on the counter and the bedding had stains. Not to mention the air wasn’t working. I didn’t bother to alert the front desk due to being there for an event, that I was running late for. Didn’t have time to move rooms.
